Perfect location to explore Ashland's shops, restaurants, Shakespeare, and Lithia Park by foot. A perfectly clean and well appointed little studio with a lovely garden to enjoy. Sue was a perfect host and was fun to hear her expertise of the area.We will stay here again!

Walkable to everything - restaurants, the shows, boutiques, fabulous coffee! The space has everything you would need and the outdoor patio is wonderful for your morning coffee and emails. Sue was a lovely host and I enjoyed our conversation about the history of Ashland - read her book if you can!

The property is well located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The patio is private, and nicely landscaped. The host is gracious. The accommodations are small, particularly the bathroom and shower, although the fixtures are good. The very small love seat is hard as a rock, and not at all comfortable for sitting, meaning the only really comfortable place to sit is the bed. Everything else was quite satisfactory.

Very short walk to downtown Ashland and the OSF theatres. Lovely outdoor area, easy parking, inside exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. Lots of coffee selection for the Keurig. Everything was excellent.

Perfect location when attending OSF

Clean,quiet, and cozy. We loved the private yard and all the comforts of home. We walked everywhere except a grocery store and to visit a family member for dinner. I would stay here again when in Ashland.

Silver frog great stay

Everything was lovely- easy to access with the hosts description, clean little studio with great use of space, all the basics were right there. It was clean with a sweet little yard. And the bed was terrific!

Comfortable with great location!

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is unbeatable in terms of walkability. We could walk to almost all of our desired restaurants and activities! The location is also fairly quiet, with minimal noise from neighbors or downtown. The cottage itself was very comfortable and the perfect size for 2 people staying a few nights. Lots of natural light as well, which I loved. We would definitely stay again.

We'd have enjoyed a longer stay!

It was a peaceful and lovely visit to Ashland. Quiet neighborhood, nice kitchen amenities, books and games, lovely patio area; location is convenient for walking to groceries, shops, theatres, nature parks. Proprietor Sue was attentive to our questions/needs.

Wondering cottage

This was perfrct for a weekend getaway! The location is wonderful- we walked to restaurants, shopping, and Lithia Park. The outdoor patio was absolutely perfect- a great place to sit and chat, or enjoy a cup of coffee and a book.

Delightful cottage in Ashland

Walking distance to eateries, coffee shops, plays, and shopping. There is a lovely outdoor area for enjoying morning coffee. Plenty of hot water for showers. Super clean and comfortable. Flooring throughout appears to be brand new and is beautiful. Easy check in. Host supplies necessary information and is available for any questions. We would highly recommend this cozy little cottage!!

Sweet Spot

Lovely garden space to sit

Perfect location for walking to downtown , the Shakespeare Festival or shopping. Very neat and clean. Loved getting up with morning coffee and sitting in the garden space . Peaceful. There is small kitchenette with two burners . Great for a quick stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful if there’s any questions
