Belle petite place. Promenade en ville et des théùtres!

belles choses viennent en petits paquets! Bien que cette maison est petite, elle est délicieusement éloquente. Mousseux propre avec un intérieur moderne que vous apprécierez.

Belles comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un bar à café et thé et une cuisine avec toutes les commodités pour préparer un repas. Un porche avant et pont arriÚre vous permettent de sortir des portes et profiter de la nature; cerfs fréquentent la cour souvent!

Il y a deux chambres avec lit queen confortables matelas haut de gamme et de grands placards.

DĂ©tendez-vous et vous rafraĂźchir dans la grande douche accommodant qui fournit 2 jets de corps, une tĂȘte de pluie, et une pomme de douche Ă  main rĂ©glable en hauteur tenue avec quatre options de pulvĂ©risation. Choisissez d'activer un ou deux Ă  la fois pour tremper votre corps dans l'eau de massage!

Alors que vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture pour profiter de la ville, vous aurez besoin d'un si vous prévoyez de profiter d'autres activités à proximité de Ashland (caves, Festival Britt, bateau Jet à Grants Pass, ou paddle board sur le lac Immigrant, etc.

The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, welcoming and in a great neighborhood. We were close to town, great coffee shops and the OSF theaters. The host provided anything we might need and more. The next time we are heading to Ashland, we will definitely stay at Charlie's Place again. We highly recommend the property.

The property was clean, very well stocked, has a wonderful location and the listing was very accurate. We could walk to everything, loved having coffee on the front porch each morning and we appreciated all the updates. We go to Ashland at least once a year and we will definitely try to stay here again.

Delightful in every way!

The cottage was simply lovely, comfortable, clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The location was perfect for attending the theatre, local shops and restaurants. We would happily return next time we visit Ashland!

Ashland walk to everything

Great place for two couples. We parked when we arrived and walked to everything we needed over the next three days. Great location for Shakespeare Festival shows, restaurants, coffee shops Will definitely rebook when we return to Ashland.

Nice house and property

I have had the greatest stay at this property. Very clean and close to everything like restaurants, entertainment, and the highway. I will be booking again when visiting family in Ashland.

Second time staying here and it definitely did not disappoint. So many positives about this home. Good location, clean, plenty of parking and space to spread out. Visited Ashland every year minus Covid years and without a doubt this house is in the best location. Easy walking distance to the Cabaret, OSF and shops downtown. Coffee shop is down the block and a new massage and fitness center just opened around the corner. Just arrive, park and ditch the car for a few days.Two bedrooms but easily fit 4 adults. Thank you for a wonderful stay Owner has good communication and sweet to leave welcoming snacks and drinks for guests.

My son and I recently purchased this property because we really enjoy Ashland. We were looking for a place where we could walk to town and all that it has to offer. Once we saw this little place we just loved it! It's just beautifully done...we hate leaving! The outside looks like many of the other historical homes in this area, but once we walked in we just felt happy and so enjoyed the beautiful interior. An added bonus are the deer that seem to keep the lawn mowed!

We live in Medford, so can be easily available, but come to Ashland often as there is so much to do in this small town.
