We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The beach view was beautiful and made our mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect for a friend group!

The property is very clean and safe. It was a perfect for our Bachelorette trip. The location is perfect and allows easy access to the beach. The property manager is in contact with you frequently and is open to receive messages at any time. Very pleased with this rental!

Better Than Expected

Our stay at Pelican Pointe was even better than we had anticipated. The ease of check in, the cleanliness, and friendly on-site staff helped make this a great trip from the start! Perfect stay

We loved our stay. The room was great! And you can’t beat the location. There were some things in the condo that needed updated but the overall experience was great. We would definitely stay again. The only negative was the exercise room. It was only a bike and treadmill and no other weights and the room was very small.

We had a really nice stay! Room was just enough space for our family of 5. There was a fold out couch we didn’t use, one person in the queen room and the twin top bunks we didn’t use so would be a few extra spots for more people. That being said, more than 5 staying there would be kind of tight for our liking but if you are a close family who don’t mind sharing bathrooms and sharing beds/rooms, it could definitely fit 10. Overall had a fabulous stay, room was nice, clean and had a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Pool was nice, hot tub and indoor pool were good too. Room has most of what you need pots/pans/dishes/etc but if you plan to make coffee or cook even simple stuff, be sure to pack everything or plan to run to store. Room doesn’t even have salt/pepper or coffee filters. In a way, makes sense sanitary-wise not to keep that there so not complaining, just giving a heads up. Orange Beach was a nice beach, lots of good places to eat and lots to do. Had a great stay and would definitely return if we plan to come back to Orange Beach.

Appreciate the notes about sleeping arrangements — the unit can fit more people but is definitely cozier with five. Thanks for the heads-up on kitchen basics; we don’t leave consumable staples for sanitary reasons but will update the listing to remind guests to bring or pick up items like coffee, filters, and seasonings. We’d be happy to host you again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable, stocked with great kitchen tools. The bed were very comfortable. The living space and balcony were very spacious. We look forward to coming back next year.

Our stay was good overall. There was a maintenance item with light/ceiling fan that did not work the entire time. Staff came and looked at it, but it wasn't repaired during our stay. Location was nice.

Fall Beach Trip

The weekend was very enjoyable because of the location and friendships in our group, and the condo was reasonably clean. However, it is seriously in need of updating, has too few electrical outlets, lacks lamps for relaxing lighting and dimmer switch in dining area doesn’t even work! The rugs in living area and bath are dingy, dirty and very worn. Refrigerator door drags upon opening also.

1104 Pelican Pointe

Condo was nice except it was under construction. We could not use the balcony due to no rail. The swimming pool was shut down do the above construction on the building. The construction drills were annoying when trying to sleep in. None of these details were when booking the condo in May. The beachfront was nice with easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach

Awesome condo

Amazing condo, just as pictured. Very clean. Condo is easy access to beach, wasn’t super crowded and the pool was also very clean. Communication was great with rental company. Only downside was that there was loud construction from 8-630p every day right outside our balcony at the condo next door. Was very loud all day and could see the workers all day right outside our balcony. Realize they can’t control renovations at other condos, but we would’ve liked to know it was going on. It was fortunately quiet inside the condo but hard to enjoy the balcony.

Excellent unit in a great location.

Renting and checking in and out were very easy. Only one parking pass for a three bedroom. Second pass was quite expensive and the parking lot was maybe half full. The cleaning company obviously was in and out quickly. The floors were not clean, nor were the rugs. Only two wash cloths in each bathroom. Refrigerator door did not close well and a portion of the cabinet under the sink was loose and fell off. The unit itself was really nice and decor was pretty. The beds were comfortable.
