Harmony Beach Villa is located in Nisbet Settlement on the north side of the island, just a three minute walk to a beautiful pristine beach. Watch the waves roll gently in as you relax on a beach that on most days will be yours alone. The new owners are experienced in luxury real estate rentals and have hired a top property manager to assure your vacation is full of wonderful memories and experiences. They'll even provision the house for your arrival for a small fee. The home has been professionally decorated and stocked by a renowned New York/Hamptons designer, Susanne Kelley. Most of the furnishings and appointments are new and have been shipped in from the U.S. Every amenity has been carefully considered, from the new backpack beach chairs , yoga mats, fully stocked kitchen, new beds, bedding and linens to the outdoor lounge chairs, Weber grill, dining and casual sitting area. All three bedrooms are air conditioned and come ensuite with glass tiled showers and bathrooms. The main part of the house is open air on both sides which allows for lovely cooling sea breezes assisted by vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. The spacious living, dining and sitting area are cozy, comfortable, and inviting. The owners have installed a new 43-inch smart TV where visitors can access their Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, AppleTV as well as full cable and consistently working Wi-Fi. There's also an amazing full sound high end Amazon Echo speaker to play your favorite music all with the ease of just asking Alexa. The gunite pool is cool and refreshing for a swim after a day at the beach or a quick dip before dinner. The outdoor patio/pool area is perfectly set up to enjoy al fresco dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Relax with friends and family while watching the donkeys and goats wander down the road and sometimes even spot a monkey or two in the trees out in the front yard. The property is oversized, fully fenced and gated. The house has motorized screens that come down easily whenever needed. This is the perfect villa to have as a base to enjoy the beautiful island of Nevis and all the culture, history, nature, beaches, restaurants, and wonderful people that call this island home.

Denise and Derek were great hosts! Derek met us at the water taxi and guided us to the house, showed us around, explained the workings then left us to it. He had also gotten in a few staples which I had requested from Denise.The house is really nice and clean with comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen.Needless to say, the pool was WONDERFUL and used extensively during our stay! Add to that GREAT internet connectivity, amazon speaker and a large TV ... what more could you want.Location is great for exploring the island and quiet! Loved beach, literally just minutes away, not for non swimmers though. However Pinneys Beach was perfect for everyone!If we were to come back to Nevis I would definately try to stay here again. Thank you Derek. Thank you Denise.

My family have been going to Nevis for 13 years and every year we try different houses. This was the first house we ever stayed in so close to the beach, I would do this house again and again and again!! I was swimming at the beach chilling out with a cup of coffee at 8am. The house was stocked with portable beach chairs so made it easy to bring and hang out at the beach. On this trip it was just me and my wife NO KIDS!! If your looking for privacy this house has it in spades!! The USB speaker which was connected to Alexia has a great playlist. The bed we slept in was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Derek the property manager was very thoughtful to have eggs, bread, butter and of course 4 Caribs ready for us on arrival. Thank you for sharing your house and for the memories!!

Beautifully Decorated Villa

We enjoyed our month at Harmony Villa. It is a great house for family or friends, as each bedroom is separate with its own bath. The kitchen is very well equipped for dining at home, and the beach is steps away!

Perfect Nevis Hideaway

WONDERFUL, clean, private, and beautiful property. Communication was quick and clear all the time, and they even helped us arrange taxi/ferry rides and a rental car from the SKB airport all the way to the house on Nevis. The property manager was especially helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the house. Easy to get to, safe, and private. Highly recommend as a Nevis getaway. We can't wait to be back.

We had a lovely stay here. The house had three en-suites, each bedroom had its full bathroom full closet and shower. AC in each bedroom, worked very well. The owners clearly care a lot about the property and experience of the guests. The pool felt open but private. Short walk to a beautiful beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of different types of flowers. The money they spent on an interior decorator was well worth it. The house itself was beautifully designed and the designer really addressed the layout of the house nicely. Open living room and dining room to the pool and patio and the back patio. It was a really unique house layout that they addressed beautifully with the furniture layout.

An Exceptional Villa

Set in an idyllic location, just two minutes away from an (almost) deserted sandy beach, this beautiful villa has been lovingly and exquisitely decorated by the present owner. The interior is literally show home quality, very comfortably set out, and stocked with every amenity imaginable. It's certainly true to the current photos and description. Prior to our stay, Denise (the host) set up our travel arrangements from St. Kitts to the villa (taxi, water taxi, rental car), all of which went flawlessly. Derek, the property manager, was waiting for us on our arrival at the jetty in Nevis and led the way to the villa. He was friendly, personable and consistently responsive to our WhatsApp queries. He had also thoughtfully placed a few provisions in the fridge which we really appreciated after a day of traveling.The villa is located on the Atlantic side of the island (opposite side to the Four Seasons and Pinney's Beach). The sea is a bit choppier here, but still fine for stronger swimmers. Pinney's, over on the Caribbean side, is little more than a 20 minute drive however. If you're looking for a more tranquil (and stunning) location, and don't mind a short drive to a more popular beach with bars and lunch spots, Beach Harmony Villa is definitely the place.Every member of our party fell in love with the villa and its location. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on Nevis and wholeheartedly recommend!

Nice little Nevis house near beach

Overall, we were pleased with this little villa at the quiet north end of the island. It is tucked a quarter mile off the main road near several other nice villas (and a few abandoned ones too). It has a casual but well-cared-for vibe. The main areas of the house are open to the tropical breeze 27/4 with large motorized mosquito screens. This was a neat feature and likely consistent with traditional island architecture. Temps inside were warm but comfortable (especially in the evenings). Despite the screens there were still some mosquitos but not too bad. Each of the bedrooms has its own AC unit, which worked great to cool the sleeping areas. The bed was on the soft side but comfy. As a stomach sleeper, however, I did find the pillows to be too thick and firm-- some "skinny" pillows in the closet would have been welcomed. It was a 5 min walk to a nice beach that was mostly deserted-- just a few other folks around, at least until the small Nesbit Beach Resort next door is reopened under new ownership, which could take a couple of years. Swimming was fine at the beach as it's protected from the Atlantic surf (I would have preferred waves to body surf in), but it wasn't great for snorkeling. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of room on the deck. I would suggest lowering the shrubs around the pool to improve the view toward the ocean (but you still wouldn't quite be able to see it). The kitchen was well-equipped but we didn't cook beyond breakfast basics.
