Beautifully inspired coastal home is located in heart of Key Largo on the oceanside. Offering pristine open Atlantic views with a private homeowners marina, ramp, tiki sitting area. This beach home is your perfect escape to paradise, indulge the warm weather, sunny skies and the perfect the most ocean breeze .
On the top, home has a separate private front balcony and side balcony. Great for entertaining, drinking your morning coffee leading up to your afternoon cocktail. Offering a spacious dining area, living room and a modern state of the art kitchen. Beach home is modern, incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated with only the best.
The top level offers 3 private bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The master suite opens up to the top balcony with a study area within the suite, and walk-in closets. we also have a hot tub for use and bicycles to ride into the sunset and a kayak for you can ride.
The bottom level is cozy and private with the ocean breeze passing right through.
