This updated three story 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. It features two living areas, a private balcony on the main level with partial slope views and a deck on the lower level with hot tub. There's an updated kitchen, heated private garage, and private laundry. High-end linens throughout. The Mountain House Base Area lifts are just a short walk away. Take advantage of the amenities at Keystone Lodge & Spa that include a pool and fitness facilities by purchasing a daily or weekly pass.

Entering this split-level townhome via the front door you will find a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. There is also a mudroom just down the stairs to your left, or directly in front of you if entering via the garage. From here head upstairs to the main level. The living area features a gas fireplace with beautiful stone surround, ample seating and a large flat screen TV. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and there are plenty of windows allowing for natural light to flow in and incredible views. Just off of the dining area is access to the private balcony that offers partial slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There’s a full bathroom on this main level next to the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Also on this level is the main level guest bedroom. It features a queen sized bed and a walk-in closet.

The master bedroom is upstairs on the loft level and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted tub, a separate toilet area for added privacy and double sinks.

Heading all the way back downstairs to the lower level, you will find the mudroom, second living area, garage access, access to the private deck, a full bathroom and the final guest bedroom. The living area offers an additional flat screen TV with plenty of seating as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This "Comfort Sleeper" from American Leather will far exceed your expectations of any ordinary sleeper sofa. With its "no springs and no bars" design, you will feel as if you are sleeping in a normal queen bed. Just off the second living area is the deck with a private hot tub. The lower level guest bedroom features two twin beds and a closet. The in-unit washer and dryer are also located on this level in the closet at the bottom of the stairs. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay.

We had a great stay! Convenient location a quick walk to the slopes and ski school, and a 15 minute drive to Target, restaurants etc. The home was spotless and well stocked.

The house was great. We loved the space. I just didn't really enjoy going through a property management group for the communication. It was very impersonal. I feel like 4:30 is very late for a check in and charging per hour to check in earlier seems extreme. A 10am checkout is also early and I felt like even a minute later would have resulted in more charges. The key pad on the door quit working. I called and they sent someone over to replace the battery. I had to message again to find out if it was done rather than being updated. When we got back to the home, the original door code didn't work. I had to call back to get another and they acted like I was doing something wrong and the original code was still working. I'm used to the owner being the property manager and will look more closely for those homes in the future.

Excellent location!!

We absolutely loved this place. The location to skiing was amazing. The only negatives if we had any were because we cook every meal we needed bigger skillets, pot holders, gallon size pitcher, and maybe some more storage containers for leftovers. Overall we are planning to stay again. Thank you!

Great house located a short walk from the Peru lift. Large windows and heeat mountain views all around! Garage with ski storage was a real plus, along with coat, boot, glove and helmet storage right inside. Having our own hot tub was wonderful!

A longer walk to River Run - but doable in regular boots.My only complaint would be that the gas fireplace did not like to cooperate in the morning. We were able to drink our coffees in front of it for the first two days and then after that, it wouldn't ignite until evening. I texted the owner one morning but wasn't in the mood to text each morning. Super clean. VERY comfortable beds. Hot tub was great. I would put a towel on the snow when getting in/out because the snow becomes icy when walked on with the hot water. Also, definitely bring your own coffee if you are coffee drinkers. There were wide bottom filters but definitely not enough coffee for the likes of us! Plenty of utensils. You may want to bring scissors. You may also want to bring plastic cups if you plan on drinking in the hot tub (no glass). The garage and seating area for putting on/off your boots are great! Totally recommend this townhouse!

Great location

We loved the layout of this condo, the three levels allowed our family to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The short walk to the Peru lift had us on our way up the mountain 5 min after walking out the door. Giving 4 stars only because I need a dark and quiet room to sleep in and there are no window coverings on the high master bedroom windows and a bright light just outside shining in the room all night. You also get some parking lot noise (people talking, horns honking) morning and afternoon when people are coming/going from skiing. Minor things though we really enjoyed our stay!

Views were beautiful, loved the stream and sunset view beyond deck. Waking up to the hot tub each morning was amazing, very clean. Only downside was the construction near by, but not property owners fault. Would definitely stay again.

The townhouse was perfect! The management responded quickly. We loved the place! The only problem was that the amenities in the description included a hot tub. There was a hot tub in the patio. It was locked. When we asked about the management said to speak with the resort. We could never get anyone to answer the phone and the Automated system didn’t understand what we needed. We were unable to use the hot tub. Everything else was great

The only thing we’d recommend is to have windows checked, difficult to close & lock. This made it uncomfortable, since it was warm on the upper levels.

Unfortunate company managing this property

The management company is the biggest problem we had with the rental. We rented the unit for a college buddies ski trip that we have done since 2006-07. Rental company reached out a week before we were scheduled to arrive (Easter evening after 9pm) to let us know the hot tub was out of order. Ok, easy solution- you have a week to fix it or you can just refund us our rental and we will find another place with a hot tub. Refund was not an option- they made it sound like they might try to fix the tub but judging by the sign on the hot tub and the fact that no one showed up the four days we were there I don’t think that was ever in their plans. They even suggested we could go ahead and cancel to find another place but that would follow the refund policy which would mean no refund. VRBO not much help either as they said not having the hot tub was not enough of a issuefor them to step in. We even offered to stay in one of their other rentals anywhere in summit county that had a hot tub but they said this was not an option. Only concession they offered was 10% off the booking. No offer to refund the hot tub fee until asked(still haven’t). The catch with the 10% is that you agree to no negative review. We refused the 10% so we can review and warn others of this company. unhelpful and are in it for the money alone. never stated how long the tub was down after asking multiple times. I’ve wasted hours of my life and am done. Beware Summit County Mountain Retreats.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
