This apartment is in a FANTASTIC location! Located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, The Village District and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh`s premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC is within walking distance. Five minutes to PNC Arena, ten minute drive to RDU International Airport, Amtrak and Research Triangle Park.

This is a self-sufficient apartment with a private entrance. It is in the lower level of a brand new home in a coveted Raleigh neighborhood.

The apartment has a private entrance with a keypad lock.

We live in the upper level of the home and are here for any questions or concerns but you are given complete privacy in the apartment.

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood, right in the center of the city .

Parking will be on the street directly in front of the house.
No smoking of any kind allowed indoors, no parties or gatherings, no pets, and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, and only use appliances for their intended uses.

We allow children with the following stipulations:

-Guests are responsible for any and all necessary `baby proofing`
-Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times


PLEASE NOTE:
There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the apartment. It is only on the outside entrance of the apartment, there are NO cameras inside the apartment. There is also a noise monitoring device inside the apartment; this detects excessive noise levels only. There is no recording or listening whatsoever.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email).

After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in, and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee.

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
