This place is wonderful! The location is nice and the space was very clean. Angelo was an excellent host! I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Raleigh with up to four people.

Very cozy, comfortable, clean, and modern. Accommodation was very spacious and had so many amenities! We even had access to a back patio which looked out to a beautiful yard. Host was very gracious. He allowed to check in a little earlier. He also responded in a very timely manner when we messaged him. We would definitely return!!!

The place was spotless! There is a gravel walkway around the side of the house to get to the rooms- I was fine, but anyone with walking issues might have difficulty as one cannot fool their suitcase wheels on the gravel. Other than that it was great!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. The furniture was comfy and inviting for long conversations. The location was perfect for going downtown and going red Hat amphitheater.

Wedding weekend

Very comfortable place. Great outdoor lounging area. Neighborhood was not the greatest but we felt safe at all times. Only one roll of toilet paper was my only concern

My family and I stayed at this beautiful and well appointed property for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! The property is located central to downtown Raleigh as well as many other popular attractions. Angelo was a very wonderful and gracious host! He provided a nice booklet with his favorite spots to visit as well as his favorite places to eat! The recommended Oakwood Pizza Box was our favorite! It was so tasty that we went back on numerous occasions as the pizza was just so delicious! 10/10...highly recommend!!! Thanks Angelo for a fabulous place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Raleigh and ended our house hunting trip successfully going into contract in a perfect home for her 5 year doctorate program at NC state!

Enjoy the weekend.

Relaxing weekend I enjoyed my day had eye surgery at Duke Eye Center on Thursday live in Greenville, North Carolina. surgery went well I was able to relax and just enjoy the facility. My daughter and granddaughter was also with me.

Cute and quiet

I had a great day! Property was perfect. Everything that it explained was just right,had no issues with check-in or checkout. Neighborhood is super quiet and easy to get to and around all kinds of stuff!! We most definitely stay again!!

There was a slight HVAC issue so it was uncomfortably cold in the unit. Also, The instructions were not clear about the owner being on the property so that was unexpected, which resulted in footsteps and noise from upstairs, especially in our bedroom. Otherwise, it was the perfect space for us! Neat, clean , close to downtown. Angelo was friendly and responsive and willing to attend to any concerns we had . My favorite touch was the vintage refrigerator, super cute.

Fantastic Accommodations

Spacious and clean property. Great communication with the host. Let us check in early on the first day. Definitely recommend as a place to stay if you need a lodging near downtown Raleigh.

Quaint

The basement converted to an apartment was very quaint and clean. It seemed very newly done. My only suggestion is to add a dish drying rack or more kitchen towels so guests can wash all dishes and then dry and put away.

Absolutely Amazing

Wonderful house in cozy neighborhood

Pleasant and Peaceful In Raleigh

This property was practically brand new! What nice workmanship in the construction of this lower level apartment. The private entrance was secluded with wonderful seating for a quiet swing in the shade to unwind from a busy day. We enjoyed the peaceful apartment after our busy days.

The property was very modernly and nicely decorated and furnished. The host’s instructions to access the entrance were perfect. It was the perfect space (including outdoor space) for my husband, daughter, and me. Additionally, we appreciated the host’s recommendations to his favorite spots; Oak City Meatballs and North Hills were a hit with my family! I would definitely recommend!
