Great location and wonderful house. Beautiful view from the back yard and very good job of adding privacy. Very comfortable beds to sleep in.

Honey comb

We spent a long weekend in February here. It's an older house but nicely remodeled. The owners have thought of everything right down to a bottle of Cab on the counter. Very comfortable and cozy. Literally a stones throw from the main parkway. Would absolutely recommend if you dont want to be far out or up on a mountain!!!

Felt like home

The owners of this house really went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Before our stay, they set up a miniature game system with pool table, ping pong, foosball, etc. It was a big hit with my son. He felt right at home playing with all of his stuffed animals all over the living room floor and reading the comic books at the house. Will definitely book this house again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge!

Heaven away from home🥰

WOW- was the first thing I thought when I pulled up to this home. On the outside was this adorable cozy front porch that just instantly gave off a welcoming feeling. Then we walked in and there was the kitchen- a perfect size for just the two of us. The living room was super cozy with the fireplace and huge flat screen tv. I already felt at home. I personally enjoyed the sunroom. Every morning, I would wake up and sit in the sunroom drinking my coffee and plan my itinerary for the day. My husband really enjoyed the bed! All of the beds are tempur-pedic with the remotes that sit the bed up. He didn't want to leave because not even our beds at home are this comfy. We also LOVED the deck. This was the selling point for us- a massive sized deck to sit out on. Plenty of furniture and a nice sized fire pit. They even supplied the fire logs which I thought was great. They had a grill for use but we didn't use it since we went out to eat every night. The hot tub was awesome as well and I loved how it was in it's own private area on the deck. This place was recently renovated and they did an amazing job doing it! Everything is modern and the owners really thought about how they can make their guests comfortable and spoiled. Literally there were more than the average toiletries supplied in the bathrooms. As for the owners, I can't even say enough about their hospitality. I found the coffee maker to not be working properly and I let the owners know. They were nice enough to order one to come THE SAME DAY. I was super happy that I could continue having my morning coffee. To summarize everything: I would rate this place a 10/10. The owners were very responsive whenever I contacted them. I found everything to be extremely clean and organized. We were both very comfortable. It really did feel like our home away from home. I have never stayed at a rental that had this much luxury to offer. We will be back! I highly recommend this amazing escape!
