The Space:
This home is incredibly spaciousâperfect for families, guests, and anyone who loves to spread out! Upstairs, youâll find four generously sized bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with an attached bathroom and a beautiful walk-through closet. The remaining three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
Downstairs offers even more living space with a king bedroom, a dedicated office, two living rooms, a well-appointed kitchen, dining room, half bath, and laundry room. In the living room, the kids and adults will have endless fun on the two player arcade machine with hundreds of games to choose from!
Step out into the backyard oasis, recently transformed with a hot tub, in-ground fire pit, rubber mulch play area, and a play setâideal for cozy nights or fun-filled afternoons. Firewood is also now included in your stay!
Youâll have access to two of the three garage stalls, plus ample driveway space for parking campers, boats, and additional vehicles.
Guest Access:
You will have the full 2 upper floors (main and upstairs) The basement is used for storage. Occasionally the owner stays in the basement apartment when in town for business and we will always give you a heads up if he will be there.

Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this property offers peace and privacy in a low-traffic neighborhood. The area is gently hilly and surrounded by mature treesâperfect for morning walks or jogs through the woods. Uber and Lyft are readily available, making it easy to get around town or catch a ride to Lambeau Field on game day.

Hello! We are Corey and Carrie! We have been together for over a decade and have 4 amazing kids (ages 10, 8, 4 and 1) who keep us very busy! We homeschool our kids and bounce back and forth between Fish Creek, WI and our house in Madeira Beach, FL!
Aside from the kids we are very active real estate investors with a growing portfolio of rental properties and we always have a couple of flip projects going on! We are die hard Green Bay Packer fans! We love getting to know people and are excited to meet you!

We lived in this house for 5 years and loved every minute of it! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we have everything set up for kids including a handmade castle bed and huge play-set in the backyard. When traveling with your family you will truly feel at home!
