Maison de luxe Ă  2 blocs de PCMR; Courte distance de la rue

Notre maison de 2000SF spacieux est situé en face du parc de la ville et offre un accÚs facile à des navettes de ski et historique de la rue Main. Construit en 2004, notre 4BR / 3. Accueil 5BA dispose de 2 suites de maßtre, une cuisine de luxe et un plan d'étage ouvert pour accueillir de grands groupes. AprÚs une journée de ski, le VTT ou la randonnée, vous pourrez vous détendre dans notre bain à remous extérieur privé.

Tous les 4 chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs à écran plat. Pour les clients avec des voitures, nous avons un garage attenant 2 voitures avec espace pour le stationnement et un local à skis.

Si vous cherchez un chalet de ski avec les meilleurs équipements et la proximité de ski, shopping et manger, notre maison est parfaite pour vous!

Great location and great house! One of our favorite spots so far in Park City! The house was stocked with everything needed for 4 adults and 3 15 year olds. Family games, sleds, cooking utensils and cable! Location was great! Easy walk to lifts and Main Street!

Amazing place

Location cannot be beat, and so nice having the city park across the street to let the kids run out and play. Beds were comfortable and lovely!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our group of three families—spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to both the mountain and Main Street, making it super convenient for everything we wanted to do. Great spot for group ski trip

Location was ideal for being able to walk to PC lift each morning, and walk to and from bars, restaurants, and High West Saloon. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing between skiing and getting ready to go out at night.

Enjoyable ski vacation

Cheryl's property is extremely comfortable and conveniently located for skiing, grocery shopping, and exploring downtown Park City. The house is lovely. Cheryl was accommodating, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. We would happily stay there again!

Spacious condo in a great location

Our family stayed here for a few days to visit Park City. It’s close to shops and restaurants on Main Street as well as Olympic Park and Deer Valley. Lots of trails nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great property in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl’s property. Easy walk to the mountain and a nice path to walk into town! We had 2 toddlers with us who really enjoyed the playground right across the street. Cheryl was very helpful and responsive!

Park City Ski Trip

The townhome was spacious and in a great location a few blocks from the Payday lift. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly. I would highly recommend this townhome for ski trips in Park City.

Wonderful stay!

We loved everything about this rental, especially the warm responsiveness of Cheryl. It was clean, spacious, well-located and equipped, and fun! We walked to PCMR every day and the beautiful uptown is not far at all.Be warned that it’s tough to fit anything larger than a midsized car into the garage, but it was a good place to store our ski gear etc.Thanks Cheryl!

We did our xmas 2009 vaca...

We did our xmas 2009 vacation here and the home and amenities were as good as they look on the site. Could not have made a better choice as to the quality of the home, the furnishings, the electronics, etc., as well as the location being perfect for either walking up to the Park Mountain Resort or taking the bus to their or most anywhere else.

Great location in park city

We absolutely loved staying at this rental house. Enough room for 9 adults. The house was well maintained, clean, and the location was so close to the base of Mountain Village. Every morning we would walk the short couple of cloths to the slope. We had a wonderful time in park city and would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in town!

Gorgeous. Inviting. Setup well for large families.

We have visited this area many times and rented several homes. This is now our go to Rental. Everything about the home is clean and comfortable. The house is in the perfect area for walking access to; parks, mountain sports and golf. Shopping and food are also close by. The owner was amazing and quickly responded to inquiries. 5 star everything.

Great accommodations and terrific location

This home has a great kitchen, dining table for 8, family room area and 1/2 bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms upstairs. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and were great for our extended family. The location is safely set off from Park Avenue on one side and backs up to an athletic field and playground on the other side. It is a 5-10 minute walk to PCMR. Great showers (plenty of hot water) and a great hot tub. The home owner was responsive and responded promptly to our minor questions. All good!

Perfect, Cozy mountain property!

7 of us stayed here very comfortably for a pre-Christmas ski vacay. The house is great; plenty of amenities, hot tub, convenient location, and easy access to main street and lower Park City. Stocked with fun games to play. We had three adults (took the two masters) and three older teens (two in bunk room and one in queen room). House could easily accommodate a few more.

Host Cheryl did an exceptional job addressing all of my questions; no surprises with this rental. The beds were very comfortable with the large upper bathrooms. Exterior access was nice with two large, empty garage bays or entrance on the park side. Washer/dryer were super-size and new. The kitchen needs some organization (ie labels, more uniformity). I would stay here again.

Great Park City Condo

This was our first trip to Park City. 4 couples stayed at this Condo. The home was exactly as described and furnished very nicely. The homeowner was very responsive to questions emailed before our arrival. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for going into town or surrounding ski areas. The only Con would be that the garage is a bit tight getting into and out if you have an SUV but there was parking around the back.

Great House, Better Location!

We had an awesome time and Cheryl was super responsive throughout. Check in / check out was easy and super low maintenance. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Hot tub is in great shape, plenty of parking and the house was clean and everything worked. Location is awesome. 5 min walk from PC Base, means you’re on and off the mountain with ease. There is a 7/11 very close by for picking up odds and ends you missed on your grocery trip and there is a shuttle stop about 25 yards from the front door, allowing for quick and easy access to town for dining / shopping / drinking. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location Great Family vacation

This home is beautiful. Views of mountain. Across from house is a nice park so lots of extra parking. Kitchen is very large and had everything we needed to make Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner. Table has seating for 8 and there are 3 barstools at counter. The table was great for playing games also. The Living room is cozy with a nice fireplace. Our adult kids loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. All the bedrooms were very spacious. The location is convenient to the mountain, grocery stores, liquor store, and the downtown restaurants. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this lovely home. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions. We hope to come back again soon.

Our family resides in Chicago but we love to spend time in the mountains. After vacationing at several ski resorts we decided that Park City is the place for us. It has the perfect combination of year-round outdoor activities, dining and shopping to be enjoyed by all ages. Although we first came to Park City to ski, we have come to love summer here just as much as winter. We hope you will enjoy our home and Park City as much as we do.

Park City is the perfect location for our family's second home. Park City has several outstanding ski options within minutes, yet is less than 40 minutes from SLC airport. Additionally, the altitude adjustment and winter weather conditions are much milder than many of the Colorado resorts, making our vacations more enjoyable. The convenience combined with world class skiing is unsurpassed.

Our home is uniquely situated in Old Town directly across from the City Park. Our home is two blocks from the base of PC mountain and a short walk (12 minutes) to Main Street. We especially like having 2 master suites plus 2 additional bedrooms as we like to invite friends and family to join us on our trips.
