COMFORT & LOCATION! 2 FULL Bath, 2 Bedroom, Sleeps 6 in comfort! This condo is conveniently located on the riverfront in Downtown Nashville, within walking distance to the Ball Park, Football Stadium, Restaurants, Honkey Tonks, Museums, Concert Halls & Shopping! No Need to have a Car! You can walk or take a $5 to $6 Uber ride to Broadway.

Our goal is for you to be satisfied. Check-In is 3pm CST day of Arrival. Check-Out is 11am CST morning of Departure. If we don't have guests checking out/in the day of your arrival/departure, we try to be flexible. If you need an earlier Check In or later Check Out, please let us know. We will try our best to accommodate you!

Much effort was taken to make sure you are happy with your accommodations! The 4 Beds (KING BED, 2 TWIN BEDS & QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA) have brand new mattresses, mattress toppers & bed linens.

This Condo is on the River is also equipped with Flat Screen TVs in the Living room AND BOTH BEDROOMS!

The Kitchen is well equipped with extras like Keurig Coffee Maker/Coffees in addition to Microwave, Dishwasher and Full Size Refrigerator.

Being on the first floor allows you to enjoy the outdoor space (deck/patio) while watching the boats go down the Cumberland.

The location was great! It was close to Broadway but far enough away to be quiet. The view of the river from the balcony was really nice! Several boats go by. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped and clean. The check-in process was easy and as described. Enjoyed my stay!

Great Location.

Within walking distance to downtown! Clean and comfortable for two couples! It was fun watching the boats in the river. We enjoyed our stay!

Football weekend

The property was as described, and any of the other reviews I read were also accurate. The location was within walking distance of lower Broadway, which was nice. They were parts of the residence that could have been cleaner, the bathrooms especially. They are very particular about their washcloth usage, but didn’t provide enough makeup washcloths, so we had to call and ask for more. Also, they only provided one skinny bar of soap for each bathroom and didn’t have any hand soap in either bathroom or in the kitchen. We requested soap and it was immediately brought to us, though. Overall, those were somewhat minor things compared to the weekend we were able to spend with our three kids in Nashville to watch my son’s college football team play in the Titans Stadium.😊

Good location

Overall we had a great time. I did forget some clothes in the dresser in the bedroom near the living room. If it’s possible to send them and I can pay for it that would be awesome.

Cozy with a view

Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood next to the river with a beautiful view. Walk to downtown about 15 min, however I wouldn’t recommend walking alone. Homeless encampment and drug paraphernalia were along the route.

Nashville weekend

Great location and close to downtown Nashville. Can walk, Uber, or use Lime bike. Our condo was not overly clean. Sticky floors, patio doors and windows dirty, patio door difficult to open, trim very dusty. Much darker inside than photos depicted. One toilet handle broke
host was responsive, however, no one was available to fix toilet. Was a Sunday.

Wonderful time. Very convenient to Broadway, Gulch and surrounding areas. Neighbor upstairs noisy in early morning between 1-3 am Saturday and Sunday.

My stay was overall good but there were a few issues. Upon arrival we couldn’t check in because the code and/or format provided didn’t work. Spent an hour calling and holding trying to reach the owner and VRBO. There was only one roll of tissue for two bathrooms. We had to go out and buy tissue. It appeared to be mold around the tub area in one of the bath rooms.

We loved the condo with the balcony overlooking the river. Condo was very nice. Didn’t like that when we messed up door code , we had to wait an hour as the owner did not provide a phone number. I can see waiting 5-10 minutes.

LONGTIME FRIENDS GETAWAY

We had an absolute wonderful time. Our biggest problem was the noise from other guest especially in the above unit. The people above us were having a great time and really loud. The condo was in a wonderful location although I don't think it was really walkable if you were heading out to party. Uber is great & inexpensive!!! We LOVED the groundhogs!! My Phone # was in the locking system incorrectly, but thank God the agent answered my call when I couldn't get in the unit & we figured that out. Overall it was a wonderful weekend with my dear friends!!!!

Great place for wide audience

Stayed here with my 77-year-old parents and two middle school-age daughters. 5 of us. Perfect place for our needs. 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Table for cards. Deck with view of the Cumberland River. Can get to all the museums and food via 5-7 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk. Pool overlooking the river and it was never too crowded during our stay. Everyone was comfortable during our stay and sad to leave.

Great Location! Very Clean!

Easy check in to this stylish condo! Walking distance to many activities and an inexpensive Uber ride to the local destinations as well. Condo was well appointed and clean! Would definitely stay here is IF it were guaranteed that the people on the floor above were going to be gone-their foot steps were a bit loud.

Good Location

Great location. Close to everything. Nice view of the river. Walls are very thin and you can hear the people above you all night. Recommend ear plugs. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Weekend get away

Stay was acceptable had a great time only issue was the noise from unit above. Footsteps, talking you could even smell their breakfast.
