EMPLACEMENT!. Parfait emplacement au centre-ville. Lits confortables de luxe avec draps de luxe. Capacité d'accueil 7 ~ 2 King Beds et 1 Queen canapé et un lit double pliant en mousse. Condo spacieux sur la rivière, magnifiques vues, sûr, calme et pratique. 5. 00 Uber monter ou marcher à tous les sites du centre-ville. Stationnement couvert gratuit pour tous les véhicules. 3 téléviseurs à écran plat. Service de blanchisserie, centre de conditionnement physique et piscine extérieure sur la propriété. J'ai un autre VRBO et le numéro est 789266 pour ck out reviews & photo's. Ils sont tous deux dans le même complexe et excellent emplacement. Donc, si vous aviez un groupe, chaque condo dort 7 personnes! KERUIG Cafetière avec café et snacks gratuits. J'essaie de fournir tout ce dont vous avez besoin des shampooings, des conditionneurs, plusieurs séchoirs à cheveux, des fers à friser, des savons, des bains de bouche, etc. Serviettes et draps de luxe fournis. Wifi gratuit
Entrée sans clé ... Cuisine entièrement équipée. Absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant votre séjour est fourni. Excellente expérience par rapport à une petite chambre d'hôtel. Beaucoup d'intimité et de la chambre pour tous les invités. Vous voudrez revenir. Profitez de votre café sur le pont donnant sur la rivière!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Kim was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. Location to Broadway was great! Beautiful river view with woodchucks, squirrels and red cardinals. Kim communication was very prompt. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was well laid out and had anything you might need on a trip to Nashville. There is excellent parking and it is close to everything. The host is friendly and conscientious. This place helped us enjoy our visit! I highly recommend it.

Location is perfect! Easy to walk to Broadway and also easy getting an Uber! Loved how this area was quiet. My youngest son’s 21st birthday so it was perfect for my kids and I to be in one place! Very clean and Kim was amazing at communicating! Highly recommend and I will be booking this place for our next visit to Nashville!!

The Host kept us updated and was very accurate with all information provided. The property and Condo as very clean and comfortable. Parking was very nice and a plus for convenience. Kitchen as well stocked and very clean. We had a fantastic experience for our Nashville vacation. The location was great and central to many of the areas and attractions that we visited. Location is perfect, not too far from broadway, not too close. Easy short walk. Also was only 2 blocks to the minor league baseball stadium, a nice surprise as something to do for a few hours. Condo well equipped, nice view, nice covered parking. 10/10 experience for family of 4.

Wonderful location for exploring all of Nashville! Free covered parking, pleasant walk to downtown along the riverfront, or an inexpensive ride share. Host is very responsive, excellent communication, property is well maintained & stocked, deck has a nice view of the Cumberland river & city skyline. Great place to plan your day with morning coffee, and come back to after exploring & unwind. Many good suggestions in the guest book, you can easily plan several days worth of activities. Living area is cozy, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a pull-out sleeper. Plenty of USB charge locations for all the phones and gadgets, secure WiFi is provided.

This was a cute condo. Loved the Nashville accents! Easy for our downtown conference. Lots of extras in the kitchen that were appreciated!No elevator if that's an issue for carrying luggage upstairs.The owner, Kim was quick to communicate!

Place was a very good location. Uber was fairly inexpensive to use. Walking possible if weather is good. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well stocked. LR was very small but fine for 4 people. Definitely an older place but worked fine for what we needed!

Loved the balcony that overlooks the river. The condo is in a great location, just 10 minutes from Broadway. Comfort and cleanliness with every amenity you need for a relaxing stay in Nashville. The beds were especially comfortable! Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!!
