Relax in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with comfy living area, multiple dining area and great outdoor living! It is centrally located and less than a 5 minute drive from NMSU, from the hospitals and close to dining restaurants. Fully loaded kitchen but you can also use the grill outside and dine on the patio with pleasant views. The house isnt perfect- but we will treat you like beloved family.

Great location near the hospital

Two of us stayed at the property during my brother's hospital stay and we were only minutes from the hospital. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable.

Cozy neighborhood

This home is perfect for a small family to stay at! My wife and I were visiting our son who attends NMSU, and all three of us had our privacy when needed but felt cozy and together at the same time. I will definitely be trying to stay there again for our next visit

Very comfortable two bedroom unit close to town, NM State University and golf courses. Nice backyard with views of town. Owner very responsive and accomodating, a super host .

The location was great! We travel with two small dogs and the yard was large enough for them to run and enjoy themselves. We loved the cleanliness and amenities suited our needs!! The property manager was a great communicator. We would stay there again!

Spent a month while waiting to close on a house. Property is kind of retro 70s, lots of mirrors and older kitchen, but big enough to sleep a lot of people and everything is functional. Dog loved his private yard and we enjoyed the city lights from there, too. Host responds quickly when needed, and leaves you alone when not.

This property worked out great for us. It’s located close to everything you could need - restaurants, the mall, Walmart, and the hospital. 2 master bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is awesome and so is the back yard. Marco is extremely helpful and was just great working things out with us. I highly recommend.

Lovely two suite condo

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo that is nicely decorated and equipped. The location was central and easy distance to shopping and restaurants. The secure backyard with a barbecue was great and perfect for our dogs to have ourdoor space. Marco responded quickly to help with adjusting the thermostat. We recommend this rental.

Place was great! Marco was very responsive and answered initial queries about renting very quickly. Upon arrival, I had one concern and Marco come over immediately on the first night and resolved it. Close to hospital

I cannot put into words how great this casita was for us while my dad was in the hospital. We brought family from out of town and it was exactly what we needed. My mom is disabled and this house met all her needs perfectly. Marco was the best! We didn’t know our plans more than a few days at a time and he was supportive, kind, and flexible. My whole family is so grateful.

We loved our stay, so clean and easy check in and check out procces. We were waiting for our new home to be built, it was a very stressful time and it was nice to have such a nice place to have that was calm and relaxing.
