Enjoy your visit to Las Cruces by staying at our stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home centrally located for all your needs! This property has 2 large living areas, a generous kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy beautiful views. Experience hiking, museums, universities, rodeos, & shopping nearby. After spending time away from this abode, come back & enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the backyard!

THE SPACE
This immaculate Southwestern Style home is a very comfortable and spacious 2,600 square-foot 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located within the highly desirable Telshor area. Centally-located amid side walked streets, the home is mere minutes from the hospital, museums, hiking, shopping & restaurants. Enjoy a private backyard with a covered patio, grass, and a beautiful view of the city and Mountains.

Within, you'll find tile throughout most areas of the house, both natural light, and stylish fixtures. The kitchen is lovely with natural light, fresh updates, marvelous tile tops, backsplash, and an abundance of attractive wood cabinets. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, blinds, and carpets. The primary bedroom offers a gorgeous tile shower, a jacuzzi tub, stylish tile, and a walk-in closet.

AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel.

Parking is available in the driveway or on the street

A Washer/Dryer (laundry detergent is available)!

Free WiFi internet, Netflix & Amazon Prime (all TVs), Antenna with basic channels (living area), microwave, crockpot, and a drip pot coffee maker is supplied with coffee. Additionally, various teas, sugar, and powdered creamer are provided when available.

This was a wonderful house that provided us exactly what we needed. Our extended family all came in town to have Christmas together with my parents. It was clean and spacious and very close to my parents.

Large and Comfortable

We loved this house for our short stay. The yard was just big enough for our dogs to enjoy a stretch of their legs. We were comfortable and had easy access to restaurants. The home was very clean and directions were clear. Thanks for having us.

False advertising, the 2nd photo of the place shows a full working hot tub but it is empty and not useable, the shower in masrer bathroom runs cold water for 5 min which would be fine if you could turn on water without being showered with freezing water and then have to wait while it heats up. The dishwasher does not clean dishes so be ready to do them by hand, without a dish drainer. But all that said, the house is clean very comfortable and great forv arge families and has lots of comfortable seating and beds. One master bedroom does not have a door so no privacy in that one.

Horrible host. I picked this property specifically for the hot tub amenity but learned just before arrival it was not operable. Worse, the host gaslughted me saying i could not have seen the tub on the listing which forced me to prove it by sending a screenshot of my confirmation showing the tub in the front picture. The address was incorrect and sent us to the house next door. Once again he said i was wrong forcing me to screenshot the wrong address. Then in the middle of the night someone hit the mailbix. I reported it to him in the morning and he told me to call the cops. Not my responsibility. Overall very rude host. Do not recommend.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a unique blend of convenience, comfort, and classic Las Cruces charm. The home is situated in the Telshor area of Missouri, in an established residential neighborhood that is quiet yet conveniently close to daily essentials, medical services, and New Mexico State University. That combination of stability and easy access made it an ideal place to settle.

On a typical day, the scene is calm and well-kept: single-family homes from the 1970s with mature landscaping, wide streets, and neighbors who are out walking dogs or chatting in front yards. Many of the nearby streets offer a clear view of the Organ Mountains, which provide a scenic backdrop for even a quick errand run or evening stroll. The area feels residential at first, but within a short drive, you'll find shopping centers, restaurants, and services clustered along Missouri and Telshor, as well as larger retail options and medical facilities just up the road.

What I enjoy most is the practicality of the location without feeling too busy. It is conveniently located near NMSU, MountainView Regional Medical Center, and Memorial Medical Center, making it easy to commute to work or appointments. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is quiet enough to sit outside in the evening, enjoy the desert light on the mountains, and feel part of a long-established community. For me, it strikes a very good balance between peaceful residential living and having everything in town within easy reach.
