Casa Blanca C 403 · Family Friendly - Close to the Beach - Pups Welcome

The newly acquired Condo has never been a rental. It is located in Casa Blanca Golf Villas. Casa Blanca is the only Sandy Beach resort allowing guests to bring dogs. Offering 3 pools, sand volleyball court, Cornhole, close beach access, BBQ`s and more. This condo is well equipped with beach chairs, rafts and other fun toys for your use. Very nice place to vacation in Rocky Point.

This condo is in Casa Blanca. Located in the Sandy Beach area near bars restaurants and shopping. Get to Choya Bay in 4 minutes and El Malecon in 10 minutes. This place is near everything.

Easy to get anywhere. If you plan on drinking, taxis are nearby and can pick you up and take you anywhere you want to be. We recommend, if you like a driver, get their number and call them directly.
Resort has a quiet time rule from 10pm-10am. Low level noise not to be heard outside your condo. Do not hang towels or clothes off the balcony rail. Please respect all guests, owners and staff members. Breaking rules to the point of being expelled from the property offers no return on your rental fees.
If you have a pet, please follow the pet rules...
Allowing pets are at the discretion of the owner. A non-refundable fee of $40 will be charged for each pet. Pets will have a bracelet attached to the collar or leash. There can be a maximum of two pets. Pets are never allowed in the pool or golf course area. Pets must be on a leash when walking on the resort property and you must pick up droppings. Pets are not allowed on the condo furniture. They cannot be left unattended on the patio. Please control barking so it will not disturb other persons. We are pet owners and lovers and ask you to respect our home as you would want us to do for you.

Great and pleasant stay

Very clean and very easy directions from property management. Only downfall of trip was storm where we lost power for a few hours but other than that we are definitely coming back again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a stellar stay at Casa Blanca. The condo is wonderfully appointed and very clean. I loved that they had beach chairs and even a wagon. We've stayed at other Sandy Beach resorts before and this was such a plus that this is the ONLY resort that allows non-owners to bring pets. The grounds of the resort are well-kept and clean. We will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL!!!

arrival was beyond easy to do which was a relief, the door did have trouble locking during the week but the owner was a huge help on giving us tips and fixing it immediately. It’s a beautiful place, clean and shows how much love and care was placed into it. definitely the next place to book your vacation.

Condo above and beyond

The unit is the best we have stayed on property and we have stayed in quite a few! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Well stocked kitchen and electric grill make cooking easy. Property has added a restaurant and swim up bar so there is no reason have to leave the resort! Great communication with Pisolino rentals. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely condo. Lovely view.

There wasn't much to be disappointed about with this unit. It's very comfortable and well appointed. It was immaculate and we had lots of room. We had an outstanding view of the beach which was less than a 5 minute walk. There are lots of restaurants and night spots near by and a full size golf course just up the road. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Very nice property

Casa Blanca was a beautiful property that was located a few hundred feet from the beach. While this may not appeal to some, we felt that it provided some separation for privacy yet just a 2-3 minute walk to the water. The beach itself is also not as crowded as some of the other locations on the waterfront. We felt like this was a plus to avoid overly crowded beach areas. It really just allows you more control of your environment. The pools were nice and staff were super friendly. The room and accommodations were as pictured. We would stay here again. Wonderful place.

Great stay at Casa Blanca

We had a great time. This resort is not directly on the beach like some of the neighboring resorts, but it is very close. It is only a 3-5 minute walk from the condo. Thankfully the condo had a wagon we could use to help take some things down to the beach with us. The condo was very well kept. We did not find the list of house rules/info when we arrived or anytime during our stay. We were told that the list contains info like "turn on the water heater" which we did not know until we contacted the manager. Luckily the manager was pretty responsive. Great place to stay and relax.

Great place to stay in Rocky Pointe

A beautiful unit on the fourth floor overlooking the Sea of Cortez with a huge balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the place was clean. The Wi-Fi is fast in this unit were other units we’ve rented it is slow. The posting reads the unit sleeps six and in reality it only sleeps four comfortably. The ad reads there is a twin mattress in the common area. There was no air mattress in the unit when we arrived, so one of us had to sleep on the couch 2 nights, which was not comfortable, before the property manager could get us a new air mattress. Craig and Wendy are awesome hosts and were very responsive to our requests and communication in the VRBO app in getting us a new mattress as soon as they could, and replacing the battery’s in the lock to the door to the condo , we were only locked out a short time. Overall I would rent from them again because of their responsiveness. They do indeed strive for 5 star experience.
