The Space
Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming coastal cottage designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen opens into a spacious dining area that comfortably seats up to 6 guests, making it ideal for family dinners, game nights, or gathering after a day on the water.
For guests working remotely, a dedicated desk and chair workspace is conveniently located in the dining area, allowing you to stay connected while still enjoying paradise. A drip coffee maker is also provided so you can start your mornings slowly with a fresh cup of coffee before heading out on the boat.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Smart TVs are also located in the primary bedroom, while the bonus guest room features a Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day in the sun.

The property features a 35' concrete seawall that can accommodate boats up to approximately 32 feet, making it an excellent home base for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and sandbar adventures.
One of the home's most unique features is the private swim ladder attached directly to the dock, allowing guests to cool off in the canal or enjoy the water right from the backyard.

This home is pet friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs with a $250 pet fee per pet. Guests must notify the rental manager at the time of booking if bringing pets.

Located on Cudjoe Key at Mile Marker 23, Little Piece of Paradise #233 is just minutes from some of the Florida Keys' favorite local restaurants and attractions including Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mama's, Kiki's Sandbar, and Boondocks Draft House & Mini Golf.
Looe Key Reef, known for world-class snorkeling, diving, and fishing, is nearby, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for additional dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment.

Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking acceptance
Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. The driveway measures approximately 15'6” long x 10' wide. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
