This condo is centrally located in Birch Bay at Jacobs Landing, one of the most requested places to stay. Jacobs Landing is directly across the street from the water with lots of room to sit and watch a sunset or build a beach fire. The condo is centrally located at Jacobs Landing with only a short walk to the beach or to the clubhouse on property where the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, game room and other activities are located. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath upper unit has a brand new (2022) Queen size bed in the lower bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen to make a light snack or a meal. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, access to a small deck with propane BBQ for your use. This lower level also has a washer/dryer and full size bathroom. Upstairs is another Queen bed and a half bath. The Owner has provided complimentary WIFI for your use during your stay. Pets are allowed for a non refundable pet fee of $100.00 per pet (max 2)
