Christmas Crew

We had an amazing stay at this lovely property tucked alongside a canal. The host went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable, including charming holiday themed touches, with lots of flamingos in Santa hats! It was the perfect place to base a family gathering, with lots to do in the area. We particularly liked the manatees that cruised the canal and came to inspect us! We hope to come back!

Lovely, spacious home on the water

Phenomenal family trip property all the thumbs up! We enjoyed the variety outdoor areas. Our kids had a blast fishing off the dock(to include catching a shark), the pool was excellent, and the patio with the TV was tremendous. Great sleeping areas, really appreciated the bunks room for the kids. Check in was a breeze and our host Jenny was incredibly communicative and gracious answering all questions promptly and giving some great local recommendations.A

Best Trip Ever

This is the best property we have ever rented. The owner greeted us on arrival and showed us everything we needed. They have also been responsive to our needs. They immediately addressed the few small issues that arose. The dock space is great and the lift keeps our boat out of the water and away from barnacles or other fouling agents. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything one could want, including a conventional drip coffee maker and a Kuering as well. The outdoor grill is top of the line. The property is secure and safe. We. will definitely be back there again.

Family Vacation at Sunshine Eatates

The property was nice and had good access to restaurants and stores. Jennifer was great to communicate with. Had a couple issues come up related to appliances & plumbing. First issue was taken care of right away, unfortunately then later cropped up again which was then resolved prior to our departure. The plumbing issues were also taken care of upon our departure. A little inconvenient, but nothing too major. Don’t let this stop you from choosing to spend your vacation here through as they hadn’t had the property very long and it’s understandable that things happen that are not controllable. The weather was beautiful and we had a memorable family trip in beautiful Tavernier thanks to the hosts sharing their little slice of heaven with us.

Fisherman’s Dream!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful Tavernier property. Was exactly as pictures show, was super clean and is very well stocked with everything we needed. We felt so welcomed with the nice gift at check in, and check in was a breeze. The large dock accommodated our 37’ boat with plenty of room to also launch kayaks with no trouble. This property is setup for your fishing trip, with ice machine, extra freezer fish cleaning station, it has it all. The hosts were very very accommodating. We definitely recommend this wonderful home in the Keys.

For the last 5 years we rented a home during the summer for our kids and family to come together and create memories in. After we left this year, my husband and I set our hearts on purchasing our very own home we can share with others to enjoy and a place we can call home forever!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this property for many reasons! A Large and Spacious and most importantly Clean Canal with access to the Bay. Easy access to the Tiki Bar Sandbar where we love to enjoy our afternoons eating at the Pincho Barge. We also love the 70 foot Dock where a 20,000 lb lift is available for rent for boats of all sizes. This home has 12 feet on both sides and RV parking access. Love the downstairs Game room, Covered terrace roof and Screened in porch to enjoy meals overlooking the water.
