A clean and comfortable house located in a quiet campground. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit outside. Very close to John Pennekamp State Park.

This was the perfect little home away from home! The house was perfectly clean and nice and cool! The AC in the bedroom was fantastic and kept the room a perfect temperature for sleeping. In addition the bed was super comfortable! We had a great time in the campground and were so excited about the kayaks available for our use. We have already recommended this house and the campground to our friends and family and can’t wait to come and stay again soon!

I really enjoyed our stay at the campsite. The home is right on the water with plenty of activities to do. Also the grocery store and places to eat are only a few minutes away.

This is the second time we stay in this property in less than a year and we couldn’t been happier. It is clean, spacious; it has all you need and location is great!. Host is very responsive and accomodaring. We cannot wait to come back hopefully before the end of the year.

They don't tell you that when people use the boat ramp, they have to swing the car & boat very near you. Supposedly they have an on-site manager to help with problems. he4 never came to see me in the week that I was there. I needed a light bulb for the reading lamp @ the bed. The bulb that was there was very dim. I tried asking housekeeping for one and I asked the property maintenance people, but they all said the same thing. "They are not allowed to go into the property's maintained by Newman". after 3 days I switched out a bulb in the bathroom. I put the dim bulb in the bathroom and the bright bulb in the lamp by the bed.The bicycles are in terrible shape. Rusty, basket comes off, flat tire. Fortunately. there was an air compressor accessibleControls for the shower are hard to use. It is nice to have the option of using the sprayer or the overhead shower head, but the handles are hard to figure out. In the owners manual there are detailed drawings for other things in the space.the air conditioner temperature in the bedroom was hard to control. There are 3 seperate units, but they each control a certain area. The bedroom unit had an indicator light showing that the filter was dirty. I was able to speak to a representative from Newman and he wanted me to email him regarding the problems. I was able to allow him to take down the info and make his own report.check in was very easy. The unit was very clean and the property description was accurate.

This was just right for out three day getaway while on vacation with our family. I had never been to Key West and I absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend to set here.

The location was perfect. The house was clean and had just what we needed. Publix is close by. The pool was clean. We did not use the beach due to croc signs. The check in lady at the gate was amazing!!!!

Grear home base

This was a great spot for our "layover" in Key Largo on the way from Miami to Key West. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We didn't have much time to check out the pool and beach there because of other activities. I love staying at rentals that aren't your typical condo resort or hotel, so the campground vibe was cool for us
