Steps away from North Beach, Corpus Christi with great restaurants and attractions nearby. Our place (all of the condos) is 420 sq ft has a great oceanview from the balcony, is centrally-located and newly updated decor. We welcome families, couples, friends and single folks on vacation, baecations, work or whatever brings you to the area. There is a mandatory complex parking/gate access key fee of $20 @ check-in (you should get a card for the gate AND a parking sticker for your car). Pool in bldg 1 is super convenient with shared laundry facilities (credit operated with QR code).

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Really appreciated the shower just inside the gate to rinse all the sand off!

Enjoyed our stay very much..

Property manager was very helpful we had a few kinks with the door code and lock but overall our family of 4 had a great time! Great view of the beach, clean and had plenty of appliances and cookware to use while we stayed! I would definitely rent from them again!

Great Little Place

This was a perfect little place for me. Everything was clean and tidy. I greatly enjoyed my time here. It is on the third floor. The elevator was kind of sketchy but overall the property is okay. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The condo itself was fine, the owners were very communicative. The buildings overall need work, and the elevator is very sketchy. North Beach is not a great beach, but there was access to area attractions and other beaches.

My Family and I loved our Condo. Cute Space, Lots of space to spread out, The kitchen has everything needed. Will definitely rent out this Condo out again. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Weekend getaway

This was our first mini vacation without traveling with our entire family. It was perfect! The kids loved the fact that we could see the beach from our balcony and were just steps away from the sand. The condo had all the necessities. It was clean and well very well kept. The host were wonderful and very responsive. We also noticed how serious the complex itself took parking and guest beach access. We really appreciated that!

Pretty much loved our stay!

Very clean room and comfortable. The only thing is we set the AC at 72 and we would wake up to it being changed to 78 don’t know if the owners would move it. Other than that nice place to stay.

CC at the Bungalow

We had three adults and one 6 yr old. Plenty of space and location was perfect for our 2 night stay. Everything was in great condition in the bungalow. Outside there was maintenance work and things being done which doesn’t bother us. Great communication and very helpful for us!

The bungalow itself was nice and the owner was helpful with issues we had in the beginning of our stay. But the property and surrounding area is very rundown. The pool was falling apart and dirty. The beach was mediocre. We spent most of the time away from the area due to the rundown feeling and the mosquitoes were HORRIBLE!

I'm not sure what you are showing in the photo but it looks like a damaged chair leg that I am guessing your companion in the wheelchair scraped up. The towel ring in the bathroom was ripped off the wall and thrown in the basket and the soap pump was also ripped off the bottle but you didn't mention those things. My cleaner notes them..Your initial reaching out as if there was an emergency was ridiculous, all because you failed to remember or read the property description. I would recommend you do that in the future before renting again. VRBO folks agreed with me after our conversation. Also once you rent please read the information provided (like the checkout instructions and times) and please only communicate via the app as VRBO suggests instead of creating 2 new inquiries and sending multiple text msgs. I would not rent to you again.

Great place

This property has everything you need! It has been completely remodeled and so thoughtfully decorated. We loved the comfy couch, great easily accessible WiFi, keurig coffee maker, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. This place has all of the comforts of home and more. So pleased with our experience :)

We had a great stay and even stayed an extra night. It was very clean and home like and we had room to spread out 4 of us. Only issue we did have was that silly gate key but it was an easy fix. We will be back again.
