Relax and unwind at our recently renovated beach view condo! This cozy beautifully decorated condo is right on the beach. This 420 sq ft. condo is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for a beach getaway. Beach Haven condo is located close to many attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Whataburger Stadium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and many downtown restaurants.

Condo Space
This cozy newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom beach condo is a short 2-minute walk to the beach. It offers a new Queen size bed with a pillowtop mattress, (2) Twin sized bunk beds for the kiddos, and a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. We provide all dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There are (2) televisions in the space (living and bedroom).

The complex has (2) private pools, barbecue grills on the property, and picnic tables. We are on the top floor of building #1 which is where the heated pool is located during winter months. There are coin and credit card operated washer/dryers located on each floor. We do provide free Wi-Fi, basic cable tv, and you will have access to Netflix. There is elevator access to reach Beach Haven condo.

***Upon check-in at the front office, you will be charged a non-refundable $15 check-in fee which will go towards parking, a gate access card, and wrist bands to use the pools and amenities. The complex is also currently under renovation. They are currently replacing all exterior siding and painting during the weekdays.

Monica was great. She answered all my questions and helped us when we had difficulties. The condo was clean. I found the bed to be uncomfortable but the couch worked fine for sleeping. Unfortunately due to lots of renovations going on the elevator was not working so we got our exercise going up and down three flights of stairs. Location was good for the beach and restaurants.

Outside was under construction and no elevators work. We were on 3rd floor and had to haul all of our luggage up three dark flights of stairs with boarded up elevators and under construction. Inside was clean and as advertised!!

Hi Tanya, Unfortunately, we have no control over elevators that have malfunctioned. They are now fixed and working properly. The front desk was offering all guests assistance with their luggage or bags. As owners, we are unable to prevent outside maintenance or renovations that occur at a complex which I am sure you are aware. In the listing, it does state the complex is undergoing exterior renovations.

The condo was extremely clean and cozy. The outside of the condo was under construction and it was meh. The beach access was great. Pool looked dirty so did not use. Cooking was a little challenging but we made do. I would bring air freshener for the condo.

The CUTEST little spot with great views! It was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. Everything was clean and organized. Host was super helpful with check in and it was so easy! My husband and I live in Corpus Christi. We recently purchased a condo on the beach. I am self-employed and dabble in a few things including real estate. My husband is a firefighter, and we have an 8-year-old daughter named Olivia who we adore! I love interior decorating, traveling, spending time with my family, and reading a good book. We have (3) doggies that we love to take for walks on the beach. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!

We completely renovated this condo from top to bottom. All new furniture and decor. We really enjoy staying here when it is not being booked. I enjoy watching the sunset from our balcony while drinking a glass of wine. Beach Haven Condo is close to all the attractions such as the Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Whataburger Field, Hurricane Alley waterpark, and many downtown restaurants such as Waterstreet and Executive Surf Club.
