We enforce a strict no party policy. The booking platform will be contacted immediately upon any noise violations, disruptive gatherings, or arrival of unauthorized guests.

1. Pre-stock the refrigerator for you prior to your arrival, or do grocery shopping for you during your stay
2. Pick up dinner for you within 20 miles from the house, including South Haven and stops at more than one restaurant
3. Additional house cleanings, either full or partial, during your stay.

Several family members have strong to severe animal allergies. For this reason, we cannot allow any pets into our home.

The dock, watercrafts, and outdoor furniture are seasonal, and generally not available mid-fall until Memorial Day. The pool will be open from Memorial Day into October, weather permitting.
