Welcome to Adventure Creek!

Tucked on the mountainsides of Boone, just past Howard's Knob, this log cabin has been recently updated and is ready to host your group. Walk into the living room with comfortable sectional seating around the gas log fireplace. Above the mantle is a mounted, flat-screen TV to catch your favourite game or movie. The wall of windows lets in an abundance of natural light, or step onto the deck for some direct sunshine. The kitchen has granite counters, new appliances, and room for two at the bar. Just beyond is the dining table. On the main level, you'll find a king bedroom with it's own TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. Just outside of the door is the entrance to the full bath with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs is the queen suite, also with a TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. The attached bathroom has shower for guests' use. Downstairs in the bunk area, with a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle underneath, and a separate full sized bed. There is a sofa and mini-split for comfort. The garage is accessed from the lower level and is set up as a game room with a ping pong table. Enjoy the view and the decks, or head to the hot tub next to the home and soak in the views. Also on the property is a mountain creek, which you can hear from the grounds.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months, and chains will be necessary in times of heavy snowfall.
- This property is pet friendly with additional rent of $25 per day, per dog plus tax. Max of 2 dogs allowed.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
