Main + Guest Home on the TN River! Sleeps 19 ppl!

Welcome to our beautiful slice of heaven on the Tennessee River! This property comfortably sleeps 19 people and features a large 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with an additional guest home that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Located 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, this property offers a tranquil and idyllic getaway with the potential for adventure and exploration. In addition to the private dock and fire pits on the property, take out our kayaks and canoe to explore the Tennessee River!

Layout of Main Home:
When entering the main home you are instantly met with beautiful views of the water and a large open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a large dinning room table that sits 10-12 people. There are 2 kitchens in this home, one upstairs and one downstairs in the basement level. On the main level there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a large master bathroom with a standing shower and a jacuzzi tub! Upstairs there is large bedroom with 4 twin beds (these 4 twin beds can also be pushed together to create 2 king beds if you'd like to do so.) and across the hall is a full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed. Head downstairs to the basement unit and there is another open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen with a full bathroom. The bedroom has a large king bed and the common space in near the living room has a queen bed. The most exciting part is the game room that is located in the basement unit just past the laundry and supply room - basketball, games, ping pong, and more!

Layout of guest home:
The Riverhouse comfortably sleeps 7 people. When entering the front door the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen welcomes you with a beautiful view of the Tennessee River. On the left is the master bedroom with a large king bed and a very spacious ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in closet. Across the living room are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. These two bedrooms both have queen beds; one of which offers a twin size trundle bed underneath. Wake up and enjoy your cup of coffee on the large deck that overlooks the river!

Kitchens: There are 3 kitchens fully stocked with all cookware, silverware, bakeware, and plate-ware and include a crockpot, blender, coffee maker and toaster as well. Each kitchen has their own duel system coffee maker that takes k-cups and regularly ground coffee. Whatever is your preference! We provide a medium roast in both the k-cups and ground coffee.

Family Friendly:
This property is very family friendly and provides 2 cribs, 1 pack n play (in guest home), 3 booster seats, first aid supplies, and child safe dish-ware in every the kitchen. There are 3 propane grills and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views on the back decks and patios.
If you have a boat, there is plenty of room for parking a trailer in the gravel alongside the road by the main house and you can tie your boat off at the dock during your stay! There is a very convenient boat ramp 2 miles down the road!

There are a total of 10 smart TV's in this home! There are smart TV's in each bedroom and in every living room as well as high speed wireless internet throughout the home!

There is NO cable or satellite TV. To watch movies, we have a Netflix account associated with the property. You will need to log into your own accounts on Prime, HBO, Youtube, etc. You will be responsible for logging out of these apps.

​​​​​​​This property currently has 2 kayaks and 1 canoe that guests are welcome to use during their stay. There are also 2 fire-pits - 1 next to the guest house and 1 down by the dock.

Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel.
