The house is beautiful and there are so many things to do on the property. If any issues came up, the host was quick to respond and have a solution. We will definitely book again for family vacations in the future!

This house has so much character and charm. While the neighborhood initially gave us a little pause, we never once felt uncomfortable or intimidated during our stay. We had an amazing girls trip with a group of nine women, and the home accommodated us perfectly. The pool, spa, spacious dining room, and comfortable beds were all highlights and fit our group wonderfully. We made great memories and thoroughly enjoyed our time together.

Hostess had good communication. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had basic necessities. Deck is large with fun options for games and entertainment.The driveway into the property is from an alleyway but we had no problem bringing a small bus and fitting it into the driveway.There was one thing to come up but the host responded appropriately. It was a nice stay!

The hot tub did lose power a couple of times and there were a few instances where it got really soapy all of a sudden. Our first night in, a small mouse made in an appearance running across barstools in the dining room area. The same night, a cockroach also ran from the kitchen into the dining room. There was enough beds for everyone as listed but almost everyone did not like the beds. One of the windows in the living room had cardboard on it. The windows in the kitchen and in the dining room did not have blinds or curtains so mid day got unnecessarily bright when the sun was out.

Charming & Fun!

Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. We loved the charm of an older home that has been well-maintained with nice decor. We also loved that there were so many things to do - relax in the pool/spa, putting green, games, ping pong table, and much more.

Excellent hosts and great for parties!

Our group of 14 adults had an excellent time at this home! The house has plenty of a seating for a large group and the hosts were beyond accommodating. I would definitely recommend this VRBO for any large group trips!

Fantastic Property

The property was perfect for a family getaway! Rooms are all spacious and comfortable. There was lots of time enjoyed together between the upstairs game room and hang out area, and the outdoor swim spa and firepit! Would definitely stay here again!

Post Graduation Getaway

We took our young adult sons and their girlfriends here for a post-grad/birthday celebration, and everyone had a wonderful time. The house is great, especially the kitchen and deck with games, swim spa, fire pit and super comfy seating. Lots to do, and conveniently close to the highway—a quick drive to downtown Chattanooga. Would definitely return to this property in the future.

Great place for family.

We loved our stay. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 adults and one kid. We loved that the kitchen, living room and porch had enough room for all of us. We spent a majority of our time on the porch enjoying the beautiful weather. My kid loved the hot tub and yard games. I would definitely stay again. The house was very nice.

Beautiful home!

Home was beautiful, deck is large and very nice. It lists as having a "pool" but that is misleading. It was still enjoyed by everyone! Location is a bit sketchy but we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying at our home! It is unfortunate that you felt as though we miss led you. The swim spa (as listed) is classified as a pool and a hot tub because you can exercise or enjoy it with your family hot or cold. Photos clearly show exactly what it is, and I would suggest in the future if it is confusing to reach out to the host and make sure you know what you are getting into.

Grandson's Annual Visit

The space was perfection for our family. The game room was seldom vacated and the hot tub was frequently used. We found the kitchen to be adequately supplied. May I suggest a couple improved skillets --no longer non stick. Highly recommended!!

Great house and close to all of what Chattanooga offers

The house was amazing! The place is huge and exactly as it is shown in the pictures! It was a perfect getaway for our group of friends and we enjoyed the deck and all the amenities it had to offer. With a chefs kitchen set up to entertain and tons of seating we never felt cramped. Plus only a $7 Uber to downtown we will definitely be back!!! Thanks Brittany and Jeremy

Perfect location for family get together.

The house was bigger than expected, spacious, clean and we had no complaints. The deck is huge and plenty of room to accommodate a huge group of people. I would definitely recommend this house for any large gathering to just relax and have a blast. Both the upper and lower decks were perfect for the ladies to sun bath in privacy, while us guys had more than enough room to have to games of corn hole going at the same time. Highly recommended spot

Quick & Convenient Getaway

We had a small family reunion at this little oasis. The home is adorable. Great touches and ambiance. The back deck is fantastic. Its huge! A swim spa to die for, a fire pit, grill, dining area, sunning area and games. The home sits on a hillside above a busy road so expect some motor traffic during the day. It does subside a bit at night. Its a very industrial neighborhood so venturing requires driving. That is no big deal because dtn Chattanooga is minutes away. We had everything we wanted and needed so we didn't leave the property the whole time we were there. Its a very relaxing environment. Hosts were very accommodating and flexible. I will definitely return to this little oasis.

We, Jeremy and Brittney, welcome you to our Chatty home. Jeremy grew up in Chattanooga and Brittney moved to Chatt in 2004 from Plymouth, Michigan. Chattanooga is Home for both! We adore this city and know you will to! We are currently engaged and are in the process of wedding planning. Jeremy is a roofer and Brittney a wedding hairstylist. Both are big foodies and would be happy to recommend some of Chattanoogas best! Our favorite things to do in town are to visit the aquarium, got to the market after church on sudays, taking our dog Kimber hiking, paddle boarding, walks across the iconic walking bridg, and out to eat with us. The one great thing about Chattanooga is how dog friendly places are here. We hope Chattanooga is everything for you that we hold dear to our hearts.
