Thank you for staying at our home! It is unfortunate that you felt as though we miss led you. The swim spa (as listed) is classified as a pool and a hot tub because you can exercise or enjoy it with your family hot or cold. Photos clearly show exactly what it is, and I would suggest in the future if it is confusing to reach out to the host and make sure you know what you are getting into.

We are sorry your stay was not to the upmost satisfaction. We do wish you would have reached out to us on any of these issues as we were unaware of the gate which appeared to have been damaged by high winds. The other issues could have been easily addressed if we were aware the house was not stocked for your extended stay.

We are very disappointed by your review of our property. We uphold our home to the highest of standards in our design, layout, and cleanliness. This is why we have an 4.8⭐️ rating at our home. We understand that you thought this property was in the “mountains” but we never indicated that in our listing and we pride ourselves on being as accurate with the listing as possible. We are on the outskirts of an industrial building 5-7 minutes from downtown chattanooga not in a cabin in the mountains. The website is quite clear on location before you booked and we feel you booked this house mistakenly for another home. Our homes are double checked for cleanliness before checkin with photos and the home was not dirty. The home has also been fully gutted and renovated and the original windows are timeless. We had issues with availability of yard service before your checkin with the heavy rains and tried to coordinate our lawn maintenance with you leaving the gate open. We wish you the best and hope you verify each property before booking.

We are very sorry you did not enjoy your experience at our VRBO! We pride ourselves on making a home where we would want to stay and we are very displeased with the things you found. We wish you would of told us the cleaning was subpar b/c we would of been happy to get a different cleaner there to make sure all was well or send concession due to lack of cleanliness. We did not realize the game room/balcony was leaking or that would of been addressed along with the door which was fine the day before we left.
