We are excited to offer you a charming 1 bedroom with a vintage and farmhouse flair. Just steps away from Lake Michigan and centrally located from bars, restaurants, shops and downtown. This updated, cozy and warm 1 bedroom has all of the amenities you need! Also offering a beautiful private yard to enjoy during your stay.


Walking distances to bars, restaurants, Starbucks, and street parking steps from your stay.

We are available at anytime during your stay and are here to help you with anything you may require during your stay.

Please bring your coffee/tea of choice. We have a tea kettle and keurig for your enjoyment!
**We do allow pets but we do NOT allow pets on any furniture, bedding, blankets or towels. If we see pet hair on any of the items listed you will be charged the full security deposit to replace or clean items that the pet was on.**

Important: We do not allow smoking of any kind in the house. If we suspect smoking in the house you will be asked to leave. If the house smells of smoke when you leave, you will be charged your full security deposit.

Due to the exponential increases of parties’ incidences since COVID-19 restrictions, Vacation Rentals countered with a complete global ban on all parties and events hosted in Vacation rentals. Vacation rentals recommends the use of a noise monitor system, and we have installed one of their recommended systems which allows for guest notification if noise levels are at a level that could disturb neighbors.


MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Please contact the host if you are interested in bringing your pet. We have a pet agreement and fee that will need to be arranged for before the reservation is complete. Unfortunately, not all breeds are accepted due to our insurance policy.

There is quiet period between the hours of 10pm-7am, as you will have neighbors near you.

Staying with Lindsey was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Lindsey was always available to answer our questions we had prior to arriving ! Check in/out was super easy ! No issues occurred during our stay !! Highly recommended!

There is no place like home

Born and raised in Milwaukee with family still living there. Big enough for inviting guests for breakfast and walking a couple blocks to the shore of Lake Michigan

Walkable Location

Loved the location, blocks away from a beautiful park, walkable to coffee, dining and basic needs. The courtyard was a lovely benefit to sit outside with some privacy. The space has everything needed for a comfortable weeks long stay, if needed.

Great neighborhood and okace

We came into town on Friday for Saturday night concert. Walked the neighborhood and the houses all had gorgeous lawns, walked to lake front and experienced huge farmers market and beaches. House had nice private entrance with close parking. It was clean and all the amenities we needed for 3 day stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Perfect Match For Visiting Grandkids in Milwaukee!

The unit was very clean, and we felt so safe in the area. It was quiet, and fenced patio was perfect when we had to bring our dogs last minute. Cute and cozy with a very comfortable bed! Great dog walking area, and very close to the lake. This will be our first choice when we come to visit our grandbabies in Milwaukee from now on!

Great location, safe and adorable!

This compact unit has everything you need. We had a little trouble with the entrance lock and the owner was ready to come to the rescue when we finally figured it out. The rooms are small but for 2 people on the go in the Bay View area it was fantastic. You can walk to the lake front, coffee shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

One of the best places I've stayed -- period!

This lovely home in Bay View officially converted me to an Vrbo for life person -- this place was that good! If anything, I feel as if I didn't truly take advantage of this location's gorgeous kitchen enough, given the lively and incredibly delightful neighborhood. The host is fabulous, the cleanliness is top notch, and the space restorative. Would recommend again and again!

Very cute little place. Location is great, a short walk away from the lake!! People upstairs above us were very loud, which kept us awake. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather, but the outside of the where you enter was covered in spider webs and spiders( not a few, the whole side of the house) Maybe a quick rinse of the siding and doors would help? We couldn’t even open the door without 3-4 spider webs and spiders in our faces . Outside needs to be cleaned up but inside was cute, noisy but cozy.

Wonderful Location

This was the perfect place to stay for attending Summerfest. Easy to find, great neighborhood, very safe, 2 1/2 blocks from Lake Michigan & a wonderful park with Saturday Farmers Market and Beer Garden. Apartment is on the smaller side but was perfect for my family of 3 + our puppy. We took a Lyft to and from Summerfest so we didn’t have to worry about parking, less than 10 minutes away with traffic. Host was very receptive, apartment was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Bayview by the Lake

Property was as listed. Some wear from pets. Could use a new futon and a living room chair. Bedroom was very nice. Kitchen also good. Outdoor space needed care but was taken care of. Good place for a couple with pet. Enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and helpful.
