Ski and Bike In/Out Condo on Mt. Crested Butte with Private Entrance. Sleeps 8

Spectacular location with private entrance and true ski and bike in/out access. Located just uphill from the base area with a five minute walk to dining and shops, this unit has everything you need to make your stay a great one. The unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, TV with Chromecast, Bluetooth sound bar, gas fireplace, pack 'n play and plenty of storage for your skis, boards, bikes and gear. Amazing views and an outdoor community hot tub round out this amazing retreat.

The space
Walking into the unit you are greeted by a large mudroom with room to hang skis, boards and all your gear. A full bath with laundry is located just off the mudroom. As you enter the living space you will see a spacious great room with fireplace, the dining area and kitchen.

Heading up the spiral stairs, you will find the master bedroom boasts a large, natural wood king bed with an en suite full bath. The second bedroom offers a natural wood queen over queen bunk and an en suite half bath.

Back downstairs you will find the last sleeping area, a pull out sofa bed, in the great room which accesses the full bath located just off the mudroom.

Looking for something to do off the slopes? A five minute walk to the base area accesses a handful of dining, imbibing and shopping options. If you don't find what you are looking for on the mountain, head into the Town of Crested Butte on the free shuttle. The shuttle has multiple stops all along Elk Ave where you can access a full suite of bars, restaurants, shops, a grocery store and an Ace Hardware.

While the Buttes does not have a gym, daily and weekly passes can be purchased from the Elevation Hotel and Spa located at the base area. Please note that the hot tub closes seasonally from October 1st until the week of Thanksgiving and again from the Monday after closing weekend until Memorial weekend.

This property has only one parking space available. Additional parking may be available at The Lodge at Mountaineer's Square or Elevation Hotel and Spa. Please contact them directly with inquiries.

Please note, the entrance to this property has stairs, and the bedrooms are accessed through a spiral staircase.

Overall we had a great stay. Can’t beat the location for ski in and ski out. The condo was comfortable and convenient. Communication could be better with check-in and check-out instructions. I’d recommend printing these off since they aren’t in the condo. Cleaning was OK. Hot tub was a nice place to wind down. View from deck also great.

Peaceful getaway

Peaceful stay with plenty of room, comfy accommodations and nice view. We didn’t use the shuttle to town but stop is very close.

Perfect family spot

We are a family of four (two adults, two kids) who wanted a vacation with a good combination of adult mountain biking & kid activities and this rental provided us the best of both worlds. We loved the accessibility and location of the condo and walkability to things going on around the mountain. We appreciated the little touches (hot tub towels, stocked kitchen, queen sized bunk beds) that made the stay awesome for our crew. We also really appreciated the communication and responsiveness of the host when we had one slight hiccup- overall the trip was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Very Clean

I think this was our favorite condo yet! Location is convenient with beautiful views of Crested Butte. The condo was clean and well appointed. I had absolutely no complaints on cleanliness, and I'm pretty picky! We will definitely try to book here again on our next ski trip!

Comfortable and convenient

Everyone in our group really enjoyed our stay. Each room was comfortable, welcoming, and well equipped. The access to the slopes, ease of use and short walk to shops was just about perfect. Can’t wait to return!

Any closer to the slopes, and you’d slide down

Our stay was at the end of “in between” season; no lifts spinning for bikes yet, very few people in the condos, which are a stone’s throw from the village. The condo was cozy and communication with our host was prompt. I recommend this for anyone comfortable with stairs (pretty much a requirement). Best of all, no insane checkout procedures - just put the dishes in the dishwasher and leave the rest to the cleaners. Super happy with how it worked out for us - thank you!

Amazing place!

The place was a great location especially for kids having to carry around their own ski gear. Very quiet community and I loved it. Owner was very responsive and super helpful. Will definitely be back!

Easy in and out to the slopes!

Very nice property. There were 5 of us and had plenty of room. The mud room/gear area was huge and hanging space for everything. I would stay there again.

Perfect. Easy check in, plenty of room for a few people, great fully equipped kitchen, and a few steps to the slopes. Can ski in straight to the door. Exactly what we were looking for in ski accomodations!

Beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We enjoyed gorgeous views in a quiet location (autumn time). Everything was really well stocked and equipped, the cleanliness was great, and Eric was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had. The only minor warning we have is that there are a LOT of stairs to access the unit, which is on the backside of the building. Stairs are disclosed in the property description, so fair enough, but just wanted to give an additional heads up to anyone with mobility issues. Apart from that, we highly recommend!

We enjoyed out stay. The housekeepers were still cleaning when we arrived at 4:10. After a long drive we were eager to settle in and relax. The upstairs shower drains slowly. Otherwise it was very nice.

Great CB getaway

We had a great stay! The place was very nice and had everything we needed. Most importantly the location was perfect for us. We could ski right to the red lady and silver queen lift and ski right back to the condo for lunch and then easily head back out for some afternoon runs. We really enjoyed relaxing with our morning coffee and mountain views from the family room. We also loved being able to enjoy the hot tub after a long day of skiing and never ran into anyone else in the hot tub. Eric was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. Everything made for a great vacation in Crested Butte!

a true home away from home

Ski-in all the way to the front door! Beautiful condo, so very comfortable and accommodating! Super clean, too! Close to parking and the bus stop. We had all that we needed, plus some! Even shampoo and soap were provided, as well as plenty of towels. We loved how quiet the place was, it felt so serene, 100% relaxation! Oh and the views!!! Snow-covered mountains all around, you can even see a bit of the ski slope from the balcony. Thanks for sharing your great condo with us! The owner was easy to reach, provided all of the necessary information and was very communicative. A+

Excellent home in Mt Crested Butte

This property is easily one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. This home was immaculately clean, tastily decorated and very comfortably furnished. The bathrooms were fully stocked and had extras of everything. The tiled showers were gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to easily cook meals. There were plenty utensils and plates/bowls for the 4 of us to use. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from there. My son especially enjoyed the spiral staircase up to the rooms. We did enjoy the fireplace one night and it made it cozy and warm. The checkin information from the owner was very thorough and they responded quickly to any question I had. We would happily stay here again!

Convenient location, beautiful views

My family found this condo to be convenient to mountain biking, the mountain base, and the free to town bus. The views from the windows were unbelievable. The condo does not have AC, but plenty of fans were provided and we opened up at night/closed up during the day to stay comfortable. Well stocked unit. My only complaint was having to schlep all of our things up the stairs and around to the door. Not a big deal, but if you have mobility issues this place isn't for you. We fell in love with Crested Butte!
