Escape to our modern mountain retreat nestled along the Blue Ridge mountains. Whether you want to explore Shenandoah National Park, visit wineries, or relax in our hot tub with stunning mountain views, this gorgeous A-Frame home is the perfect place for you.

We have thoughtfully appointed our home with everything you need to be comfortable. From a luxurious bedroom  suite, fully equipped kitchen, to coffee and wet bar, sauna, outdoor grill, billiard table, and a cozy fire pit.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the home, plus the washer and dryer in the garage. The garage is not a living space, and the attic is closed to guests.

THINGS TO NOTE

⏱️ Minimum Stay

Two-night stays are available, though 3+ nights offer the best nightly rate

If you're only considering two nights, compare against the 3-night rate for a better value

When booking direct you are saving ~15.5% in fees that Airbnb adds to the subtotal

🏡 Guest Occupancy

Max occupancy is 6 guests - no additional visitors. (No more than 6 people at our home.)

No pets allowed (and not recommended for those allergic to dogs)

Liability waiver required for hot tub & sauna (please sign within 48 hours of booking)

Not suitable for children 12 and under - no amenities, safety concerns

❄️ Seasonal & Weather

Driveway is steep in winter; snow-capable vehicle may be needed

Early departure may be offered by us with refund on unused nights for severe winter storms

Yard maintenance performed bi-weekly during spring/summer/fall

Typically decorated for Christmas and Halloween

⚡ Technology & Utilities

Smart home features: Alexa devices in bedrooms/kitchen (you may unplug/disable)

TVs have Roku devices for your own streaming accounts (no TVs in bedrooms)

Backup generator provides power during rare outages - but EV charger, sauna, hot tub & fire pit cannot be used while on generator power

🐞 Mountain & Forest Environment

Expect mountain bugs & pests: including but not limited to stink bugs, lady bugs, lanternflies, and rarely mice

Pest control is in place, but encounters happen and vary by season

You may encounter bugs & pests inside or outside our property

No refunds of any amount are provided because of bugs & pests at the property
