Wauwatosa is a suburb of Milwaukee and offers a family friendly area which is known for its safety and peacefulness. It is central to all main attractions and only a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of heart of downtown. This area is home of young professionals, families and others who want to relax and unwind. You will find that it is walkable and home to many key family attractions including the Milwaukee Brewers stadium, Wisconsin State Fair Park, the Milwaukee Zoo, the Menomonee River Parkway and many other notable parks. You will also find top rated restaurants and shopping in the area.

The townhouse offers 2BRs and 2 living areas which also offer sleeping space. Both bedrooms offer desks for working areas and fiber internet. Patio w/ fire pit. Location was great to attend Brewers games with 20-30 minute walk to stadium and many nearby restaurants/bars with shuttles if needed. 5 minute drive to domes, 10 minutes downtown, 20 minutes to airport. Home was clean and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. Slight traffic noise from adjoining Wisconsin Ave but great older neighborhood full of classic Tudor, Colonial and Craftsman era homes. Would stay again.

This was my second time here. Appreciated the updates (central A/C, second bathroom). The location is perfect! Centrally located with easy access to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen with all the necessities, and comfortable beds. I’ll be back!

Our family stayed there for six nights. This place has an excellent location, is clean, and had everything we needed. Having the extra bathroom downstairs was very convenient. We had no trouble finding the place, and the instructions for entering the code, as well as clearing it if we made a mistake, were very helpful. We will keep this place at the top of our list for future Milwaukee trips

Great Neighborhood

House was super clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the neighborhood. Felt very safe. We went for German Fest, which was close. Did a Brewers game too. We were in walking distance to local bars that offered shuttle buses back and for the to the game. Very convenient!

Perfect location for many activities, very close to Miller Park, the Zoo, Froedert Medical buildings and walking distance to eateries on Bluemound. The place itself is also a very nice change from staying in motels. The kitchen was more than adequate. There is a nice little patio area that we used to sit outside in the evenings and it's in a quaint little quiet community, close to several parks that border the Menominee River.

Spacious and good location

We were in town for an event in Wauwatosa and this property was centrally located which was great. The second bedroom is in the finished basement and my son felt like a king in his own little apartment. It was great to have driveway parking. Host was quick to respond to questions. Lovely stay .

Great for our needs

Clean, adequately supplied with paper products, easy check in and out. We left some extra pillows because you can never have too many of those. Extra bathroom in basement was very convenient for 2 families!

Well Appointed Rental

We stayed for a month and found the location to be perfect for us. Great walking area and close to downtown Wauwatosa. Would highly recommend this rental unit.

Travel baseball

As a family we travel all summer with our son for baseball and usually stay at hotels that are crowded and loud. Our last stay with VRBO was the best trip we had this summer. The host was responsive and considerate and the property met our expectations and in proximity to all parks. We will definitely utilize this for our future travels.

Family Vacation

We had a great time in this lovely and clean house. We stayed here 8 nights with our two children. The house was even bigger than expected with a second bathroom downstairs and plenty of room for our five year old to play. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and took some walks to the park nearby. You can drive to several Groceries in maximum ten minutes. We would love to come back someday when we are visiting our family again. Thanks for hosting us!

WLC homecoming

Convenient Location

We chose to come to Milwaukee for the Irish Fest. We chose this location because it is near a great walking trail. It was also convenient to some very good restaurants. We walked the neighborhood as well. We felt very safe.

Location, location, location!!

This property is in the BEST location. Easy to get to everything, right off interstate. House is quaint, roomy basement for teens/children to hang in. House is clean. Recommend this property for your travel needs.
