Waterfront beauty awaits at this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home w/views of Venetian Marina. Rear of home boasts a PRIVATE, covered boat dock that can fit up to a 40ft vessel. Unique row-style home is perfect for family getaways. Minutes to Cedar Point, Sports Force Park, Downtown Sandusky, Local Marinas, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Castaway Bay, & Ferries. Catch fish in boat garage!

Please.... DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU READ THE FOLLOWING:
***Dogs are $35 per night, per dog; dog fees will be collected upon booking.***
***Guests who bring boats will pay a $65 docking fee per night***
1. THERE IS NO SWIMMING IN THE WATER AROUND THE HOUSE - this area is full of docks where people keep their boats and use electricity so it is not safe to swim.
2. There is no trespassing on, in, around, in front of any other boathouse or boat well on Catalina Drive, ESPECIALLY the private, gated home at the north end of the street. This is NOT a community space. Guests who trespass on any other property on this street will be removed from the boathouse with NO REFUNDS.
3. There is no boat launch in our community. There's a public ramp to launch boats. Guests cannot leave their trailer at the boathouse, as there is no room. We recommend the City of Sandusky Boat Ramp located at 1099 W Water St #1001, Sandusky, OH 44870. Owner is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of guests using any launch ramp nor any trailer storage losses.
4. Guests who are coming for Cedar Point: please note that Owner is not responsible for any Cedar Point-related issues. We do not guarantee that Cedar Point will be open or whether you'll be able to get in. There will be no refunds for any Cedar Point-related problems.
5. NO SMOKING IN THE BOATHOUSE, IN FRONT OF THE BOATHOUSE, OR IN THE BOAT WELL! SMOKING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
6. Although there is a propane tank on the BBQ grill, if it becomes empty during a stay, or if it's empty upon arrival, it is the guest's responsibility to exchange the tank.

Hidden gem right next to cedar point. Like .3 miles from the causeway close. Perfect for families with varying range of ages going to CP. the interior is fresh and comfortable. The huge kitchen island is great for entertaining up to 9 people. Will be back next August with family!

Wonderful trip! Safe and clean environment! Loved all the beach decor and gigantic island in the kitchen. Grandkids loved fishing in the boathouse and I loved having my morning coffee there. We brought our boat and it was great to be able to walk out the door and hop in! Jenni was very helpful and patient when we found ourselves in a pickle with our boat...thanks again Jenni!! Wonderful waterfront vacation home!

Clean, comfortable, charming home. Great location - my children loved the close proximity to Cedar Point and my husband loved being able to keep his boat on site. The hostess, Jenni, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Neighbors are friendly as well. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!!

Cutest Boathouse ever!

We loved staying at the Catalina Boat house! The host was fabulous and even texted to wish my husband luck at his race! The location was perfect for going to downtown Sandusky each day. If you need restaurant recommendations, your host Jennifer is ready with wonderful ones. We ate at several and they were all great. We would totally stay here again in a heartbeat.

Super easy booking. Check-in/check -out was simple and without incident. The property was attractive, cozy and clean. Family trip Baseball Tournament

Pictures are very accurate, looked exactly as advertised. Grill didn’t work well but was quickly replaced with a new one the next morning! Home was clean, I would just suggest not walking in white socks as they don’t stay white long (price you pay living on the water) heavy mopping may help more? Washer and dryer a definite plus and they were in great shape! Jennifer made the entire process extremely easy from beginning to end, responsive to every question we had timely! We will definitely be back, location is very convenient, neighborhood was very relaxing and the neighbors are great.

Cedar Point getaway

This was the perfect location to travel to and from Cedar Point (5min). We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force Park (7 min drive) and this location was great. House was super clean, well stocked, and had nice fresh towels on each bed waiting for us. Owner was super responsive and even gave us a heads up text that there was traffic accident on our way in and gave us an alternate route. 5 stars. ;)
