The Space

Inside, soaring ceilings and rich hardwoods create a warm, inviting atmosphere 🌿. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig ☕, and all the essentials for cooking memorable meals. The breakfast bar with seating for two pairs perfectly with the dining area for six 🍴.
On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy Queen bedroom 🛏️ with an adjoining tub/shower bath, plus a bunk room with twin beds and its own walk-in shower 🚿. A half bath is also located on this level. The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views 🌊, a fireplace 🪵, TV, and a cabinet stocked with books 📚, board games 🎲, and blankets for cozy evenings. Step out to the wrap-around deck to enjoy fresh air, plenty of seating, and a propane grill for al fresco dining 🍔.

Beautiful setting

Loved the views the most and this property. Also was a great layout for bringing teens who want their own space. Lots of things to keep you entertained from the hot tub to kayaks and paddle board. We all had a great time!

Week of Sunsets!

Loved the location and the house. 15 min from Clemson, great sunset views, close to marinas for boat fuel. All the amenities you can think of (kayaks, paddle board, gas fire pit, board games, hot tub) It was a little smaller than what I expected but 9 family members enjoyed our stay very much.

The Hangout is the perfect get away for a family

The view of the lake in the mornings and evenings from several different spots at this lovely home makes it one of the nicest locations we’ve stayed at in years. I loved the fact that the owners provide both kayaks and a paddle board to use in the lake, and the floating dock makes it a snap to launch both watercraft. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay at that terrific property longer - next time….

Easter weekend

We stayed in this property for Easter weekend to see my two girls that are at Clemson . We were a group of 8 adults and had a fabulous time ! House is roomy with plenty of baths and was very clean . The backyard is a bonus with beautiful views . We were blessed with sunny warm weather for our visit which was wonderful ! Will definitely book again !

Great Keowee Rental

Great access to warpath landing boat launch. Beautiful sunsets only 10 min from sunset marina three level house allows the home to be full without feeling full easy walk from the house to the lake (not 100s of stairs) boat dock. Love it!

Excellent Lake Keowee property

We loved this house on Lake Keowee. Beautiful view of the lake with tons of tree cover on the sides of the property for total privacy. The dock with kayaks, hot tub, and fire pit made for excellent entertainment amenities. Ample amount of bathrooms. Kitchen was a little small, but was easily workable. We loved this house, and would absolutely rent here again in the future!

The Hangout in Six Mile

We had an awesome stay and play week with family from GA, SC and CO. Love the access to lake “toys”, the quiet cove for swimming and sunning. The house was perfect for us, 3 couples, the MIL and the grandson. Great views, great gathering areas, 2 grills, high end appliances. Will be back.

Shady Pines Vacay Club

The place was absolutely stunning. It is great for warmer weather or cooler weather. There is a hot tub, easy access to the lake with steps, paddle board, kayaks, a fire pit, grill, a green egg. The kitchen was fantastic with amazing appliances. A great downstairs area to gather! I had a friend send me a text asking for the link after seeing the views we shared.

Amazing lake rental

This house was perfect for a family getaway. They thought of everything you need to have a relaxing stay at the lake. There were 2 kayaks on site and a paddle board (worked ok but was missing fin). Great coffee machine - keurig for pods and/or ground coffee, several smart tv's... Lots of dishes, steak knives and accoutrements for cooking and serving. We will def stay again!! Thank you!

Beautiful Lake House

We had 2 families with older kids and rented a pontoon boat. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board at the house. The view is breathtaking! We had our morning coffee on the back patio and had the fire pit going as well. So relaxing! We also had our small doggies with us and they loved to play around and chase each other in the back yard. We would love to come back and stay at this house.
