Welcome to my home away from home. Enjoy yourself in my 1250 square foot suite located on the 30th floor of the Palms Place tower. It host an amazing view of the desert and north strip due to it being a corner unit! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and the north strip view. This unit has a full kitchen so you can entertain guest. It also sleeps 7 comfortably. Two TVs, an amazing walk in shower, and tub in the master is for display only. Guest also have 1/2 bath. We hope you enjoy! You also must be over the age of 21. Please be advised there is $100 per day security that needs to be collected (disclaimer, this is not our policy, it is the buildings policy). Please ensure all trash is gathered and placed to the right of the elevator.

Close by to local restaurants and easy access getting in and out of property. Host was responsive to our needs. Beautiful views from outside balcony. There is minor wear and tear to the property such as peeling wallpaper and broken restroom door, however, nothing crazy that made our trip less memorable. If you are looking for a luxury stay away from the strip, 10 mins, at a great cost, this is the place. Would definately stay here again.

Didn't spend much time in the room but we were comfortable when we slept, showered and got ready for our day. Open space was nice, full size fridge and freezer were very convenient and the beds were very comfortable. I never heard back from the property owner about an ice machine in the building, and the phone in the room was not working to call room service. But I did ask the bellhop and was informed that there was no ice machine in the building, so make a note if you want to make cocktails in the room.

Superhost!

The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was great and within minutes to downtown Las Vegas to escape the craziness. Would recommend for a girls trip or slightly larger family!

Nice place

The room was nice and matched the description, but there are a few areas that could use some repairs. The master bathroom door has a hole near the doorknob, part of the carpet is coming up, some curtains have holes, and the microwave wouldn’t rotate. None of these were deal breakers, and overall, the room worked well for us.

Great location with room to hang out

Super easy to check in at the front desk. A lot is right there at the Plams complex and Palms Place is also the easiest place to get an Uber of any hotel in the area.

Paradise

Nothing short of perfection. Parking is very easy. There were always spots available, and it wasnt a far walk. The lobby is beautiful and has a nice little bar. The elevator is smooth and quick. The place was absolutely beautiful; furnished with modern furniture. Everything was very user friendly. The view and vibes were amazing. Definitely a 5 out of 5. Will definitely plan to book again.

Perfect and private

Just now This rental was very nice.. very private and has a lot of space. I would say it sleeps 4 comfortably but 6-7 if needed. The beds are extremely comfortable but the pull out was a little rough. Overall the stay was great.. the view was beautiful. We stayed for our bachelorette/bachelor party weekend and my birthday so the vibe was perfect.

Had an amazing time here! Great location and close to the strip! I really loved staying in this suite. It had amazing views and the beds were super comfortable and the place was so spacious and fancy. I highly recommend staying here!

Great experience

Loved the location.... we are not the type to fight traffic and this was close enough to all the experiences without feeling overwhelmed by people. The views were great! Beautiful and safe with security checking cards before entering the elevator.
