Desert Blue 2 bedroom 2 bath condo - near strip

Desert Blue Resort is located about 1 mile the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. This is the perfect vacation condo for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

The property was great in the fact that it is not a casino! It is smoke free and there are plenty of amenities. The Presidential suite was large and comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed. Free parking and valet service was available for no charge, but of course we tipped. Communication with the owner was good. Reservations were made timely. The two downsides were the beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable, which we luckily ended up not needing on this trip, and the resort has no decent coffee available. If you're looking for a latte, you're going to have to go somewhere else. But we would definitely stay here again.

Host was great and contacted us before we checked in and explained everything. The location was really great and close to the strip. You can't check in until 4 pm and it's a timeshare so make sure you tell no to the people who try to sell you.

Loved the view! We were very close to the strip and could see the Allegiant stadium from the windows. The daily activities with freebies was fantastic. I loved the morning free coffee. There is a shop and bar on site, too.

The property is a terrific place to stay if you want to avoid the constant noise of the casinos. Pool area is very relaxing! Just avoid the timeshare sales pitch! They will charge you 40 if you don't attend.

The experience was very smooth! It was very easy to communicate with our host.The pool was nice. They had a little water area for children, a jacuzzi, two pools. Towels provided. There was a bar too! Room felt smaller than pictured, but we made do. Would stay again!

Amazing

My experience with Matt and the resort was amazing. I am talking about top teir customer services. Everything from the vehicle valet service attendants were exceptional . The concierge agents were friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The location is a 6 min drive to the strip. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view amazing. Definitely will book again 5 star rating.

Great Stay

Wonderful place to stay with family. We always find it difficult to house our family go 6 comfortably but this was it. Amenities were great. They have planned activities like movie days/nights. Pools were great and staff was nice. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, we had a nice stay. There was some disappointment when we found out the pics were different than the actual condo. There was no tub to relax as was shown in the pic. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
