Beautiful and Cozy 3 Bedroom Home

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a nice peaceful BBQ or roast some marshmallows in our spacious backyard. Walmart, dinning and grocery store is less than a mile away also, Advent medical center is about 15 mins away. This house will make you feel right at home.

The WEC is located 15-20 minutes away, UF games less than and hour away and Disney less than an hour and a half from the property. Family will enjoy nice quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac.

Entire home is available.

If you are looking for peaceful....

Look no further. Property is located in quiet area, but not very far from the necessities. There was plenty of room for an entire family. It was clean and we felt safe renting here. The managers were extremely attentive and accommodating to our needs, but never so that it ever invaded our privacy. It truly felt like home away from home.

Great Spot!

Our stay here was short but sweet. We were driving back to North Carolina after a family vacation in the Florida Keys and needed a stop along our lengthy road trip back home. We stayed here for two nights. We primarily picked this location because of its close proximity to Silver Springs State Park (which is why we stopped in Ocala). The property is super close to Silver Springs. It was easy to roll out first thing in the morning and get over to Silver Springs for a great day of kayaking. We did some other things in town during our brief stop. Would definitely return to Ocala again. House was as advertised. Spacious, clean, and a great place to stay.

Nice house, safe neighborhood

The house is nice and was clean. The neighborhood is nice for walking although there was some litter in the undeveloped lots. Enjoyed the fenced in backyard - very quiet and the dog could run and play. Laundry in the garage was very handy. I had an issue with the door code upon arrival, but it was resolved efficiently by the owner. The downsides were the water which is from a well and smells terrible and the smart tv (probably not an issue for those who know how to use one). Overall, other than the water, a nice place to stay in a safe quiet neighborhood.

It doesn't mean it's not the right house for someone else

We were travelling for business and we spent the whole day out, so we just needed a place to sleep. The furniture was dated, but the house was decently clean and equipped. We didn't cook, didn't used the kitchen appliances or tvs, so we can't review those. The cups they offer are very small, so bring your coffee mug like we did. The only reason we would not stay at that house again is the water. The smell of the water made us gag. We had to buy bottled water to use for everything. It was even hard to take a shower. Maybe the owner should go for city water instead.

As advertised...lack of communication

The home was as advertised. Very clean, and comfortable. Roku stick for TV in living room. Kitchen looked well stocked, even though we did not use anything in there. Water is from well, and does have a strong sulfur smell. Don't advise drinking from tap. Bring bottles of water for drinking. Comfortable accommodations fir the night. Front screen door was broken upon arrival, but that was only defect we noticed. Getting lock combo for front door from owner was difficult, and does not take calls, went to vm everytime. Finally did respond with code, and all was well for our stay.

Disc Golf Tournament

Had a group of friends all stay for a disc golf tournament at the nearby Ocala Greenway Disc Golf course and it was a great stay. House was clean. Fenced in backyard was nice to have as well. Super convenient to grocery stores and a couple restaurants and only 20 minutes from downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Great!!

We were there for only 1 night, but it was great. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 5. The property manager was very quick to respond when I had a question. Will remember this location when we come back to visit family.

Clean and convenient

Property was very clean and made a great first impression. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Having use of garage was perfect for storing our kayaks and knowing they were safe while we were not using them. Location was convenient. A couple of things that could improve a bit, would be to get eggcrate mattress toppers to make the beds a little more comfortable. They were pretty firm to sleep on. Kitchen could use a few more essentials such as serving bowls, larger coffee mugs, wine glasses, a larger coffee pot and a couple more lawn chairs . We ladies who stayed got a kick out of the supplies and decided a man furnished, as there were several shot glasses and no wine glasses, toothpicks, but no salt and pepper, not enough TP (we had to buy more) etc., etc. LOL....all was good and we just had a lot of fun with it. Overall, was a great stay and we enjoyed this property.

Terrible and not cozy!

The pictures are quite deceiving , For the couch is extremely small, The fire pit that I was going to use, is underneath a dead tree and so close to a wooden fence that Its unsafe to use! There is only two chairs out on the patio.. so if you come with more than two people be prepared to bring some chairs if you want to relax out back
 The BEDS are absolutely TERRIBLE! You can literally feel the springs in the bed(S)! Then I find MOLD in a picture frame in the bathroom! I messaged the land Lord about this. They took forever to respond and decided at almost 3 o’clock in the afternoon that I would have to leave the premises due to the mold! Finding a hotel last minute in a county that you are not familiar with is totally not fair for me! AND in regards to all of this, they still charged me all the fees, the one night I stayed and only refunded me for my last night, that I was not allowed to stay due to there uncleanliness. This is not my problem you have mold and horrible beds! I deserve a full refund! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE FOR ITS NOT A COMFORTABLE STAY AND THE LANDLORD WONT TAKE CARE OF YOU.

Great place to sleep

While a little further from the factory than I usually stay. The place was clean and quiet. No TVs in the bedrooms but great WiFi. Used my IPad. Would stay again.
