You look out to the ocean and spot the spout of a Humpback whale as it frolics in the water with it's newborn calf. After a nice sunny day at the pool or on the beach, you quickly retire to your private condo just a few floors up for a little rest in the A/C while you prepare for a magical Maui evening out. Kaanapali Shores 404 is the place for your next Maui getaway!
Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiencesâplus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: :Whale Watching (seasonal), Sunset Dinner Cruise, Molokini Snorkel Trip, Alpaca Farm Tour, Pineapple Farm Tour, and Electric Bike Rental

Aston Kaanapali Shores is a 3-star, AAA-rated 10-acre oceanfront resort located on the famous North Kaanapali Beach. A large open-air lobby greets you when you arrive at the resort along with the smell of fresh flowers from the beautiful tropical grounds. A quick walk through the lobby will bring you to the brand-new resort pool, passing a waterfall, hot tubs, and large grassy area. There is a Beach Club Restaurant and Bar where you can grab a Mai Tai and a bite to eat to fulfill the Hawaii vacation dream. Take a walk to the ocean to witness gorgeous sunsets and sandy beaches.

*We don't provide beach umbrellas, toys, or gears, such as snorkeling, due to safety, health, and hygiene risks.
BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.
