Our home is minutes from Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. With multiple private bedrooms everyone can spread out. There's plenty of dining and shopping close by, too!

• Main level: Full pull out couch
• Bedroom 1: 2 full beds with attached bathroom. Level 2.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and twin daybed with twin trundle. Level 3.
• Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk beds and twin over twin bunk beds. Level 3.
• Half bathroom located in the main level
• Shared full bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3 located in level 3

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.
• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.
• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance.
