THE SPACE
- ROOFTOP with a TV and a fire pit.
- 2 other balconies, one with a grill.
- GAME ROOM with a ping pong table, darts, NFL Blitz arcade game, ring toss and more.
- 5 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a full size pullout sofa.
- 1st floor bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in closet, and private bath.
- 2nd floor: An open concept living area with a fully appointed kitchen. Create craft cocktails with our high end bar tools, while sampling our record collection. The dining room offers plenty of space for family/friends dinner. After a night out, unwind with a plush blanket while watching a show under the Nashville lights.
- 3rd floor: The primary sleeping space. One bedroom offers queen bunk beds, twin bunk beds, the primary bath, a large walk-in closet, and a dedicated water closet. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a private bathroom.

This townhouse was perfect for us. It was a short Uber to Broadway and to Vanderbilt. It was clean and easy to find and had all the amenities we needed. We ate all of our meals out, so we didn't use the kitchen but it looked like it had plenty of items for whatever you would need. The hosts were quick to answer any questions. Would definately stay here again.

Fun Townhome

As advertised - clean, functional and sizable - with easy access to the highway and close to downtown. It is definitely more suited to a guys or gals weekend away, but our young family enjoyed the property very much.

Great spot!

We did our family Christmas exchange here. Had 8 adults and two kids. Expanded living area was great for interaction! The kids enjoyed the playroom in the garage while us adults went up on the rooftop! Plenty of space; very clean; convenient location; and space for everybody! Highly recommended!

Great Girl's Weekend!

The property is beautiful and well thought out. It was a little chilly in the lowest level but the provided heater solved the problem. The upstairs bunk bed room's door didn't work properly. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and well suited for our group of 8. We did run out of hot water -- beware! HA! Our youngest guest had a LONG shower! Nick was great and we wished for nothing but more time in Nashville.
