Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The beautiful Emerald Coast beaches are only a 5 minute ride in the included 4 seater golf cart. The Marina and Baytowne Wharf shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away. With access to 2 heated pools (spring/winter), golf courses, tennis courts, fitness center and 7 miles of beautiful beaches, you won't need to leave the area to have an amazing vacation!
Located within the gated Sandestin Resort, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has beautiful views of the community pond, the Bay and the marina. Sandestin is beautifully landscaped and offers golfing, tennis and fitness center(fees apply) as well as access to 2 heated pools, 2 beach access within 5 minutes from the property. It is a golf cart community where you can go to all the shops, restaurants and bars offered at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard- Publix grocery store, wine and liquor stores, shops, restaurants and movie theaters.
