The apartment was clean and homely, there were many paintings and ornaments so didn’t feel like a hotel. The furniture was comfortable and not IKEA rubbish which many rentals sadly have these days. The location was very good.

Excellent location

My partner and I had a great few days stay here for a concert that was being held at Marvel Stadium so it was fantastic to be able to walk there and back! It was a very relaxing and nice place to stay with a great view!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, apartment was lovely. All required amenities provided and such a beautiful view. Perfect location with everything you could need just a short walk away. Docklands apartment

The location was excellent. Loved the views of the harbour. Groceries and restaurants only a block away. Melbourne is a beautiful clean city with free trams right from the property. The host went above and beyond to be available with any questions we had about the property or the city. Will stay here again!

Great spot, Great view, Cosy apartment with everything you need.

My partner & I including my 2 dogs had a great time, we ordered take away from the Italian restaurant on the water front then had dinner on the balcony at the apartment enjoying the view. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay. Cheers. Michael & Katie

Second Stay

Myself and my partner love this apartment so much it has quickly become our go to accommodation when traveling to Melbourne. The apartment has everything you could need and the location is fantastic. The hosts are wonderful, with prompt and polite service. Cannot recommend Yin’s accommodation highly enough, definitely a must stay apartment and we can’t wait for our next trip. staying at 908

check-in was a disaster, the only information provided, this after a number of emails and a call to the displayed Host contact number, which was wrong, we received a message that the keys could be picked up from the local IGA, that didn't happen as we had not been supply the apartment No or the hosts name. To much furniture for the apartment, not as pictured, all cupboards and draws were full, had to leave your suitcase out on the living area floor. lots of artificial flowers all covered in dust, the bathroom skirts dirty and show grout mildue

Nightmare

This property was not at all what I expected..The apartment was dirty and cluttered..Attention to detail was zero ,no effort made for guests..Kitchen was very dirty drinking glasses had film and dust on them ...The Bathroom needed a good scrub..toilet had some faeces in the bottom of the bowl and a empty bottle of hand wash on vanity..The towels left for our use were old and didn't even match. I rang the host to express my disappointment and to let her know we were not staying and we left and found other accommodation.. DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!
