Love this house. It's in a great, family friendly, neighborhood. This is the second time we've stayed here over Christmas, and probably won't be the last time. We were easily able to host a family dinner thanks to the well stocked kitchen. The house itself was just big enough for everyone to visit without feeling like we were tripping over each other. We didn't bring our dog this time, but that was a big selling point last time we rented. The fenced in back yard is a great place for travel weary dogs to stretch their legs. Also, for a "pet friendly" home, it's amazingly clean.
Wish I'd taken more photos of the house, but you can at least see the large island in the kitchen and the living room in the background with plenty of room for a Christmas tree.

We stayed here for a birthday trip to the Ark experience. The location was perfect, and a great neighborhood walk for the dog in addition to the convenient fenced yard. Thank you.

Clean, rooms were spacious and cute, great neighborhood and close to what we needed. We traveled with a toddler and there were kitchen items available for her which was a huge help. Host had clear instructions and we had no issues. We needed to bring our dog last minute and the host was accommodating to us. Fenced yard with sitting area out back was so nice. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Would definitely book again!

Great for Experiencing KY

Our primary intent on this trip was to go to the Keeneland Horse Track for the Spring Meet. This house is just 10 minutes from the track as well as the airport - very convenient. It’s also only 15 minutes to get downtown, about 45 minutes from Frankfurt and less than 90 minutes to Louisville. Plus, there are several great distilleries nearby, so it’s a perfect location for exploring this area. House was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Kitchen equipped to handle a lot of cooking. Hosts were communicative and helpful without being intrusive. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in this area.

Lexington-Great location! Great house!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The location is super convenient. The hosts are very cooperative and responsive. The house is beautifully furnished with great outdoor space as well. This house is a perfect spot to stay when in Lexington.

Comfortable for Five

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting Keenland and other local attractions. Our only recommendation is that the kitchen is too small and should be replaced. This recommendation also is appropriate in that the property is rented as a three bedroom and thus should have adequate seating. Thank you.

Nice neighborhood

We came to town to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday and Thanksgiving. The check in and out we're very smooth, the property owner responded very quickly to any questions, we were running a little behind checking out and the owner was very understanding. Perfect for our family

The property was perfect for what our family needed. The host was very responsive with any questions. The house is in a very quiet and cute, safe neighborhood. Kentucky Get Away

We stayed five nights at this cozy little home close to Keenland Falls. We attended the horse races, went for a hike at the Red River Gorge, participated in an all day bourbon tour (had a driver) and explored Lexington one afternoon. The hosts were very responsive & accommodating. The house had a big screen TV (we watched some college football). Very clean property would stay again.

Kentucky Vacation

We had a wonderful time exploring Louisville, the Kentucky Derby, distilleries and Lexington on our vacation to Kentucky with friends. We stayed at this lovely home in a nice neighborhood with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms/kitchen and a cute deck with firepit. Our hosts were very kind and very easy to work with before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend!

Horse park home base

We came down from Michigan for the Defender 3 Day Event at the KHP! The home was in the perfect location for all of our needs and was just a short drive to the park! The home was ultra clean, well equipped and the beds were oh so comfy! The hosts attention to detail was much appreciated!

Keenland Retreat

Accomodations were great for 5 adults. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Baths and kitchen were clean. Nice towels and soap, shampoo & conditioner were convenient. Overall it was a very comfortable experience.
