This cozy 2 bedroom is near all of your needs such as fast-food restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, entertainment, and much more!

This home sits on a HUGE lot measuring just over 13,000 SQ ft on a corner lot.
Right behind the home is the Smith Canal, so you can enjoy your coffee or tea in the backyard and embrace the silence the neighborhood has to offer.

20 minutes from Lodi
30 minutes from Modesto
40 minutes from Sacramento
40 minutes to Livermore

This spot is fully furnished featuring a King size bed in the owner's sweet and a queen-size bed in the other. The living room features a sleeper sofa couch to allow for extra guests.

For booking, we do require guests to prove identity to keep our neighborhood and property safe. Whoever is checking in should be the name on the reservation.

Overall our stay was fine. The owner was very kind and so helpful with fixing things he could. However the sheets were not clean when we arrived, a long with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The front yard looks nothing like the picture. There is no grass, it's full of stickers and the weeds are taller than my knees. There's a bug problem, most likely due to the unkept yards. The inside though is exactly as pictured. Aside from the couple things listed above, it was clean with no issues.

Very Pleased

This rental was perfect for our needs. Location & space for older family with special needs (walkers). Furnished w/ simple unclutered furniture. Outdoor area was not utilized this visit but was available.

A beautiful experience

I really enjoyed my stay at this residence. The home was cozy and charming very welcoming, it reminded me of my grandmother’s home. The host was very nice and pleasant. I appreciate the host accommodating me due to my travels with the weather and my flight being delayed. I over all enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again. I loved the charming characteristics at the home had to offer. I love the 50s vibe I highly recommend!!

My husband and I went to Stockton to visit our grand babies and daughter. Had a wonderful vacation.we loved finding this perfect house with all amenities.In a nice quiet neighborhood.The house was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.Highly recommend booking this house.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Home completely filthy. Smelled like smoke, pubic hair on windowsills, rotten pizza in the oven. One wash cloth for the bathrooms, one hand towel. Floor with leftover food crumbs everywhere. Shower curtain with pink mold. Broken toilet paper holder and broken blinds. We have also not received our damage deposit back like the owner said we would. Also the door lock malfunctioned several times.

great livable place

This 2 bedroom house has a big living area, simply decorated and a big back yard. My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed ourselves and were able to entertain our grandchildren in the back, with a fire pit smores and even an easter egg hunt. Would return.

Nice older home

The house was clean except the area rugs the one in the living room had a lot of stains and the rugs in the bathroom we had to wash. It had new TV sets but the boxes for the TV's where in the closets and the stickers where still on the TV'S but other than that all appliances where new and worked nicely. We stayed there for 4days for Xmas our daughter lives around the corner. Perfect location for us.

Excellent Home Rental

This home rental was excellent for our family and would highly recommend this rental. The host was super responsive to all our questions and made everything very easy and simple to stay. Location is excellent with a main highway close by and plenty of places to eat. I will definitely book again when I visit the area again. Thank you to the host for a great stay.

Very cozy home. All items needed to stay for a week for a family of four. Property owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. Would highly recommend. Will be staying at again in the future.

If you have to stay in Stockton, this is your spot...

Fantastic house and great value in one of the less troublesome areas of Stockton. It's still Stockton, so, there's that.. But this is far and away the best option you're likely to find in the area. Exceptionally clean and very well appointed with all kitchen amenities one could possibly need. Comfortable bed (I only used the master), and plenty of outdoor backyard space to spread out if you're traveling with a family or group. Juwan was great; super responsive and communicative. Highly recommended spot if you need accommodations in Stockton. I would 100% book this home again if work brings me to the area.

Great stay!

Hosts were superb and communicated constantly. Check in and check out was seamless. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and everything was clean and in order. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect house for my family

This house could not have been more perfect even for my family of 6. Upon entry the house was spotless and decorated in a fashion that made us feel comfortable and at home. My husband my 2 daughters and 2 sons were able to spread out and have our own space for rest but come together as a family in the common areas and backyard. There was a slight hiccup with check in but the owner was extremely accommodating and answered and massages very rapidly. We visit family at least 4-5 times a year and we will definitely book this location again.
