This stunning sister home to Good Day Sunshine offers an unbeatable location just steps from the beach, breathtaking 180° Gulf views from a 400 sq. ft. rooftop deck, and NINE spacious king suites, each with a private bathroom. Situated on low-density Sandtrap Road, this home is less than 100 yards from the beach walkover—no busy streets, no traffic noise. Stroll along the shoreline to Sandestin or Surf Hut for drinks and dining, or relax on a quieter stretch of sugar-white sand right outside your door.

Drop groceries with ease on arrival and take advantage of the private elevator for luggage and easy access to all floors. The chef-inspired kitchen features top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances—two ovens (including gas), two refrigerators, two dishwashers, dual coffee makers (standard & Keurig), a large pantry, and an oversized white quartz island with seating for eight.

The expansive dining area includes two full-size tables seating eight each, ideal for large gatherings. The open-concept main level boasts 12’ ceilings, a 34’ wide living space, luxury leather seating for eight, a 60” TV, and a convenient half bath.

Step outside to your private oasis: a 30’ x 18’ pool, elevated hot tub, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with gas grill, commercial ice maker, outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a large outdoor TV—perfect for game day or evening entertaining. A full pool bathroom adds extra convenience.



Sleeping Layout – 9 King Suites + 3 Custom Bunk Rooms

Designed for comfort and privacy, the home features nine king suites across the second and third floors, each with beautifully finished private baths, floor-to-ceiling tiled showers, chrome fixtures, and rimless glass doors. Two soaking tubs are also included.



Parking Made Easy

Enjoy ample parking with three covered carport spaces plus four additional paver spaces—no shuffling cars.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



* This property features 1 high chair with tray, two baby gates and a 'Pack N' Play' for children.

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.

* Wedding Guidelines: Weddings at this access cannot host more than 30 people. The 30 includes the entire wedding party, and anyone else that is there for the wedding or helping with the wedding (e.g., officiant, photographer, wedding planner, etc.) There are no limitations for house receptions.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

* This property features hairdryers in every bathroom, as well as 1 highchair with tray, two baby gates and a pack and play for children.



WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, 12 luxurious, over-sized beach towels will be provided for your stay at Soak Up the Sun!

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, March - October annually. Service includes 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/ $350 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. Please contact office to add this to your reservation.

Private Elevator: This home features a private elevator. There is a $250 fee to use the unit and an acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.



Getting Around:

With this home being so close to shopping and dinning, walking, renting bikes through coastal cruisers or golf carts, which we do offer rentals through our company will have you out and about seeing all the sites!

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
