Sunny Ridge – A Green Built Bungalow, Mountain Views, Minutes to Downtown Asheville/Blue Ridge Parkway

Sunny Ridge is a North Carolina Green Built Home available for short-term rental. Located on a ridge of Cedar Mountain, the back deck (complete with a fire pit) boasts a gorgeous view of Butler Mountain.
The neighborhood offers inviting amenities such as a community pavilion, grill, fire pit, and gaming green space right next door.
This home has an open floor plan with modern rustic finishes, two bedrooms, two full baths, and a well-appointed kitchen. Fall asleep on a comfy Tuft & Needle Mint mattress while listening to the calming sounds of a Pure Enrichment sound machine. Plus, you will feel right at home in the open-concept kitchen/living area equipped with a cozy electric fireplace. Wifi is provided in the home as well as three Roku Smart TV's and Cable TV in the living room.
Need a Coffee or tea break? Sunny Ridge has options for Carafe brewed Coffee and K-Cup options combined, as well as an electric tea pot for your quiet moments. Note -- Sugar, creamer, Stevia, K-Cup pods, and basic spices are provided for you.
Need more rental space? Please check with Inspired Getaway about neighboring homes available for vacation rental. Cedar Cliff Village offers group booking – where you can stay together without "staying” together.

PLEASE NOTE:
We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No pets allowed, and no smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any unauthorized pets or smoking on the premises.

Perfect Location

Our VRBO was clean, modern, cozy, and the perfect location for our friend weekend getaway. Our only wish is that we stayed a little longer to enjoy the VRBO and all it had to offer. Thank you for making this incredibly easy and wonderful!

New and immaculate home

Beautiful home with every amenity for your stay. Great location on the outskirts of Asheville A little surprised it was on a busy highway with noise when you are on the deck, but no street sounds inside with doors closed.

Girls Weekend

Very clean cute house but very close to a main road. Road noise at night was a problem. Close to downtown Asheville. Well furnished.

This cabin was perfect for two couples traveling. House is well appointed and kitchen well stocked with great appliances abd kitchenware.Beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated and made us feel at home.. Welcome book was informative. House was easy to get to and hosts communications were great. Easy routes into Asheville. We hope to come stay again someday

Could not have been better

We were so surprised how much better the property was then even shown in the online pictures. We are two adult couples who want to the Asheville area for the weekend, and this location was perfectly situated between Asheville and Black Mountain. Although one of the bathrooms opens to the hallway, doors can be situated so that it’s like two master suites. This was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be back and will be sharing information about the property with others.
