Very close proximity to the beach and our three boys loved the pool and tennis/racquet ball courts. The condo was spacious and the beds were all comfortable. It was nice to have staff on site and the linen exchange throughout your stay was an added bonus! If we were to stay in Destin again, we would definitely consider this complex again.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the view was great. Pool and beach were clean. Liked that it was a gated parking lot and a code was required to get in. Only complaint was that our balcony porch light didn't work.

Very nice condo!

We had such a great stay! The condo was so clean and very safe. Great location and right on the beach. Chairs and an umbrella on the beach were included in our stay. The beds were so comfortable and it was very nice having our own washer and dryer! The elevators were constantly breaking during our stay but there’s stairs and that isn’t the owners fault. The place did keep fixing them but we mostly just opted for the stairs.

We had a fabulous trip!

This place had a beautiful view. The property was even more beautiful in person. We felt like we were at home. The cleanliness and decorations were warming. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen, as I could prepare meals, and the set up of the bar and table were great to have family meals together. I slept great, it felt super comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! Would love to return!

Perfect Location

The one negative I would say is the air never did get down to 70. It was hot the whole time even at night . Glad I bought a fan but still it was miserable sweating . Over all perfect trip.

Great property

There was cooking oil all over the counters upon arrival and hair all over the bathrooms. The reason why we chose this property is because they said they used CDC compliant inspectors and cleaners, and the condo wasn't cleaned very well. Had to clean it again upon arrival

Very nice decor. Overall a good experience.

Right on the beach. Very nice beach. Would have been perfect if the property had a hot tub. Guest bathroom shower did not have hot water. Almost a deal breaker but I didnt have to use that bathroom. Property staff could not help with the hot water issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property’s location on the beach is perfect. You can even hear the waves crashing with the windows open. The room was clean, well maintained and equipped with all necessary appliances etc. Our unit even had its own washer and dryer. (no food supplies included.) All staff were friendly and helpful. The sand and the water was some of the best I’ve ever seen. We were able to watch dolphins swim just yards off the shore each morning. The whole family also really enjoyed the pickle ball courts and heated pool. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.
