Having two bathrooms was nice and the kids loved the bunkbeds instead of having to share. Unfortunately, some basics are not provided like laundry detergent, beach towels, shampoo & conditioner, only 3 dishwasher packets, etc., so we had to buy a lot of items that we left behind since we flew in from Colorado.

Wonderful basic unit

The unit provided all of the basic necessities needed to enjoy a phenomenal beach vacation. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. I enjoyed not having to “undecorate” lots of decor as soon as we arrived. The unit is no-frills which I appreciated. The only drawback for us - and would not be a drawback for everyone - was the lack of games/books/activities in the room. This is not truly an issue, and we had a wonderful vacation without it but is something to consider for packing. The complimentary beach service is wonderful, but there was a new-to-us system for reservations. This will be something to consider for future vacation budgets. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Great View and Location, Condo Itself Okay

We had a wonderful time, weather was perfect and view was absolutely beautiful. We really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs so we didn't have to lug our own down to the beach. The condo was very clean when we arrived. My only complaint is the furniture and datedness of the condo itself. My husband had trouble sleeping because the bed was so uncomfortable. We went to open the curtains to the balcony and the entire curtain rod fell apart. The lock on the balcony door was also broken and was "locked" with a board holding it closed. The hosts were very attentive and great to work with. The condo just needs updating. the

Property needs some updating. Not decorated ‘Beachy’ at all. The sink in the master bath was clogged, exhaust fans in both bathrooms need cleaning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last minute accommodation. Paying for the view. Patio chairs were broken and when you used them you would be poked with the broken pieces. Kitchen chairs were dirty. Living room table was wobbly. Definitely needs to have some updates and new/functioning decor. Beach front complimentary services were a let down. Waited at the guys seat where the sign and color was for 5-7 minutes to get out chairs/unberalla set up and the attendant said “did you walk down the beach to see if there are any open”. Ummm, they all had items in them or reserved signs on the back. So needless to say, we didn’t get a set up because apparently we were asking too much of him. Overall we paid too much for what we received but if you’re just wanting a view, then this may be for you. On the other hand, Beverly was nice to work with.
