The Town Square View

The Town Sqaure View is a unique space with a contemporary feel. The name stems from the short distance to Canyon’s well known town square! This rare stay is so close to the heart of Canyon you can see it from the front door! Walking to any restaurant, shop, or special event the sqaure has to offer is no problem.

The college campus (WTAMU) is only about a mile away and Palo Duro Canyon is roughly a 10 minute drive.
Guest access
All items within the property are free to use by our guests. One closet located in the bathroom and two cabinets located in the laundry room are secured and locked for host supplies.

The property was clean and comfortable. All of the amenities were great and Kelby was very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay if you’re coming to Canyon, TX.

The house was great. The smell of pinesol was a little overwhelming when we first arrived. My mother is allergic to pine, so we had to air it out and wipe everything down. Bedrooms were dark which was nice for sleeping. It was hard to tell when it was morning. We did have an unexpected experience happen the first night. There was a man outside that tried to get in the door and then my car. I beeped the horn, and he moved on to the neighbor's vehicle. They beeped the horn as well. Then he stuck around looking for a way into the property. He tried the neighbor's door as well and then went around to the back and tried our back door. It was a bit scary, but he finally left. Other than that it was a nice comfortable stay.

I didn't like there was animal hair all over the futon. Human hair on the floor in tge bathroom. The breaker for the second bedroom tripped 3 times with nothing extra plugged into the sockets. The garbage disposal sounds like a something metal is suck in it. The extra linen in the closet was dirty.

One night Canyon

Nicely updated and good layout. Clean and provided everything we needed. Host responsive and friendly. Only a one night stay to enjoy Palo Dura canyon and the Texas Musical.

Sweet Canyon America

I love Canyon so much. I graduated from WT 11 yrs ago and still like to call this place a second home. This was a great little duplex to stay at. I loved being in the square and walking distance to the best coffee shop and Thai restaurant there is. Perfect for a small family and everything was clean and welcoming. Only small issue was there were small sugar ants crawling around, but that was the tiniest issue. The kids appreciated the fruit chews. Will definitely be staying again next time I’m in town.

Just wonderful

This place and host were wonderful. Very clean, extremely pet friendly, and very short walk to my favorite coffee shop and restaurants. Love that it had a small fenced in area for our dog.

Very nice set up! clean through “middle”. Details i.e fans etc needed attention . Good location within walking distance of restaurants. Easy access to major roads. communication with owner sufficient until arrival when he was unresponsive to one simple question. Owner needs to be more attentive to deferred maintenance of property (unclogging a toilet IMMEDIATELY upon arrival & slow running sink & shower drains) instead of trying to pinpoint EXACT arrival and check out time of resident especially since owner clearly states the arrival and check out times.

Perfect Get Away Spot

Located in the downtown area of Canyon, this is a super cute and well appointed rental. The property manager is super easy to contact. The place is clean and has everything you could need.

The proper was excellent. Good local one block away from the town square and very comfortable. Our only issue was that we didn’t receive the check in instructions and we waited for over an hour trying to contact the host
