Crestwood is known for its creative, diverse feel. Most of the houses in this area were built in the 20's and 30's and each house has its own unique feel.

While there are city buses, most people prefer to have a vehicle to get around. You also have the options of Uber and Lyft. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles and street parking available directly in front of the house.

-No parties allowed--$1500 fine plus damages, as well as immediate removal if violated.

-No glitter/confetti allowed. You will be charged for special cleaning if used.

-Up to 2 FRIENDLY and ***HOUSEBROKEN*** dogs are allowed Guests will be held fully responsible for any damage caused by your pets. There is a doggy door leading to the back fenced in yard. Guests are responsible for making sure their animals do not get out of the fence/yard.

-Street parking ONLY directly in front of house. No street parking in front of neighboring houses.

-Checkout procedures must be followed or guest will be charged an additional $100 fee.
