We are FIRST floor with just a few steps up, because your parking is underneath the building. You don't have a long walk to and from your car. It's such an easy access to carry your luggage and groceries to the condo. Our building is just steps from the beach with a public walkway across the street and directly in front of the building. If you are looking for a family friendly, quiet relaxing area, You have found it!! Our condo Sleeps 6 people. We try very hard to keep it super clean and well maintained. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

PROPERTY:
Master bedroom has it's own bath with shower and Queen sized bed.
Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is next to the main bathroom with full size tub/shower combo.
Queen size sleeper sofa in living room makes it easy for 6.
3 Flat Screen TV's. Blue ray DVD in Guest room with movies.
Each room has it's own thermostat so there's no fighting over who's cold or hot!
Free Wi-Fi
Full Kitchen COMPLETELY stocked for cooking in.
Beautiful balcony with Bistro table and chairs for eating outside, and comfy chairs for morning coffee and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.
Washer /Dryer in unit.

We are a section of North Myrtle that is set apart from all the busy activities and very serene! However we are less than a mile from Barefoot landing and many other fun activities. Such a perfect place to be.

Our ocean front large pool with nice lounge chairs and tables for lunch is across the street at Ocean Pier 1. We share this pool.

There is a BBQ area for grilling at the rear of our property.

We are just steps from the ocean, 2nd row, with a public walkway directly in front of our building. We are only a 2 minute walk to that beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Windy Hill is actually set apart and a private section of North Myrtle beach, which makes it wonderful for bike riding and walking and very family friendly!

Please make note that we have a strict NO PETS- NO SMOKING OR VAPING, NO PARTIES, and No more than 6 people can stay in the condo. HOA rules. There are property management on site, and If any of these are broken, you will be asked to leave with NO refund. The no smoking and no pets rule is strictly enforced due to allergies also. So please, no smoking even on the balcony.

Must be 25 years old to rent and photo ID will be requested. You will also be required to fill out a rental agreement.

Also, note that boats, trailers, motorcycles, campers, jet skies and golf carts are not permitted due to condo association rules. Only 2 cars allowed on property per condo management. Car tags are to be displayed at all times. There are no assigned parking spots.

Elevator is not available.

Hopefully you've come to rest, relax, and re-charge, but if work comes calling we do have an upgraded internet system. 200mbs/20mbs- per unit.

Make note that the exterminators come monthly on the 4th Thursday at approximately 10am. Please allow them inside.

AREA:
Enjoy the beautiful Atlantic ocean where the beaches are gorgeous and the sun is plentiful! If you are a morning person, go out and watch the beautiful Sunrise with a walk on the beach, and a cup of coffee made from either a 12 cup coffee maker or the single cup Keurig. After a great day on the beach, you can enjoy all that there is to do in the area! We leave coupon books and local menus for some of our favorite places to eat and play for you to use as well.

Go have some FUN in the SUN!

Windy Hill is a short drive to all kinds of Entertainment. (Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, Pirates Voyage). Restaurants are too numerous to list, and it is a shopper's dream with Tanger Outlet Malls, Coastal Grand Mall, Market Commons and Myrtle Beach Mall nearby where you can also take in a movie if you want.
We are right at Barefoot Landing and not far from Broadway at the Beach. It's a short drive to Myrtle Beach where you can enjoy an unbelievable amount of fun on the boardwalk in downtown Myrtle, yet not have to sleep in that busy noisy area,
Family Fun Park is an amusement park with all the rides for all ages!
It's a Golfer's dream with so many golf courses available and Putt Putt courses everywhere!
Myrtle Waves is a wonderful water park and if go-carts are your thing, they've got them too!

**A Rental agreement must be signed and returned completely filled in within 48 hours of booking. This must be received to get the code to enter the condo. I will request that you provide ID/DL to verify that you are 25 years old. Credit card info will be asked for to cover damages.

REFUND Policy: 100% - 60 days prior; 50% -30-60 days, 0% after 30 days.
** I would also encourage you to purchase good travel insurance to cover your expenses in case of travel interruptions.**
