Walk out the back door straight to the waters edge. Enjoy the view, sit on the deck, go fishing from the bank, swim, rent jet skis or a barge from Lacey's marina two minutes away and just relax and enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake! Located at the end of a quiet neighborhood, There is a Dollar General located very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Two bedrooms downstairs with king size beds and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, this bath also has a washer and dryer located in it. The master bedroom has a door directly into the bath. Sleeper sofa in living room (queen). Upstairs has an additional common seating area and two bedrooms, one has two twin size beds and one has a queen. There are two bathrooms
upstairs both have showers in them. There is access to the upstairs deck from the seating area upstairs . Kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats eight, with three additional seats at the bar. Plenty of parking and room for a boat or water toys.

Everything you need is at the home. So close to boat access and you can walk down to the lake itself. Wonderful communication and so accommodating! We are going back in a few weeks! Book it! You won’t regret it!

Great communication from owner. Very clean! The house was well supplied and plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view from the back deck while drinking our coffee in the morning. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great location on the water. Offered the basic household items which was a plus, such as paper goods and kitchen items. We will stay here again, we loved walking to the lake from the house!

Great Girls Weekend

Great location with trail to the lake. House was just right for 8 of us ladies who spent a refreshing girls weekend full of fellowship, fun and laughter. House was clean and well stocked. Host was easily to communicate with and property was as described. Looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing place

We had 11 family members stay (5 adults and 6 children) and it was perfect. There is plenty of space for everyone. The location is easy to get to and can walk out to the lake. Plenty of cookware, bedding, towels, etc. Internet worked great for streaming TV. The host was very quick to respond with questions and check in/out was as smooth as it gets. We look forward to staying here again.

Easter weekend

Property owner was especially accommodating and helpful. Large, yet cozy, older home was located on the lake. Two living rooms allowed room to entertain youngers as well as adults in the evenings. Sunset was beautiful.

Tremendous property! Well maintained and situated in a great location! Owners have gone out of their way to provide the perfect family getaway property. Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities a family might require. Plenty of space, bathrooms (with great water pressure), bedrooms, wonderful kitchen, and recreational equipment for home and lake. Owners were (are) exceptionally responsive to any and all requests and/or questions/concerns…(a pleasure to work with). Highly recommend this property to families seeking a quality experience from a quality location!

The overall stay was great - I hated the windows were not clean to see the lake

Overall great - but I wish the outside property was kept up better. We came to enjoy the outdoors and spend time with family - the game room was great but needs some tender loving care - all windows and glass doors need to be clean. Living area was clean but could use an update.

The Lake Trip

We LOVED the property! It was more stocked than we could have imagined- even ibuprofen and sun burn gel! The kids enjoyed all the games in the garage when we weren’t out on the boat and there was plenty of space for everyone! She had extra pillows and blankets and even succeeded in getting us an early check in if we wanted it! We will be saving this location for future trips and I would highly recommend the host to anyone! She was very prompt in responding and didn’t bother us while we were there! We really appreciate everything!

Peaceful and Perfect

This house was beautiful and located in a very quiet area! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the layout of the house as with two sitting areas, it allowed our kids to hang out separately. While the house is older, it has been well taken care of. My kids particularly loved the dart board in the garage, and playing hide and seek in all the nooks and crannies. The view was amazing and perfect! We enjoyed the short walk to the the lakeshore, and the many birds that sang and played all day. Thank you very much for sharing your home! Our stay was just was we wanted!

Family sized Lakefront home

Took our grown children with their children ((6,8,11 & 16) 4 berm with upstairs den, 3 bathrooms, 2 decks and a/c garage with plenty of games for adults and all the kids. Kitchen was fully stocked even with a crockpot. Plenty of towels for all with out washing everyday. Property was clean and spacious. Lake was up about 9 ft so we didn’t play in water at the house. We rented boats for everyday and had an absolute Blast. Oh! There were even Beach towels available for use, we brought our in and hair dryer! This lake house was Perfect for us right at the end of the road. Loved it!

Family Time

This property has plenty of parking, including space for a truck and boat, with a beautiful view of the lake. There is a trail to walk down to sit next the lake or stick your toes in the water. After we spent the day on the boat we would walk down and enjoy the view in the evening. The kitchen is set up with plenty of cookware and also has general kitchen needs. We all enjoy the game room and the extra den as the kids also like to hang out in those areas. The owner is easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great set up for family and friends!
